Caleb pouted as he rubbed the back of his head, though he knew she knew he wasn't upset about it. "Oi, no abusing the poor wolf here. And noooo I would not help him. I don't want to incur the wrath of the pretty ladies here. Now Kita on the other hand, she might help. And they may rope in your brother you know." He told her, watching the older woman carefully incase she fainted. He didn't want to take the chance of her hurting herself. "He did look like he was going to try to enter the cage. So whatever happens after that is entirely up to you." He shrugged as he shoved his hands in his pockets.

Mellie let go automatically, when Zalia questioned her absence. She looked over at Zalia with a quirked smile. "I...Fell asleep under the tree..." she said, nervously. "I haven't been getting sleep due to recent nightmares...I'm sorry." She scratched the back of her head, biting at her lip, before turning back to Rythen. "Ah, I'm sorry, I'm not quite aware of personal space," she winked and then turned to the woman ; Ahanna. "Hello, my name is Melody, but you may call me Mellie," she smiled wide, before looking around. "Uh oh...What happened?" She chewed on her pink lower lip, wrinkling her nose as she continued looking around.

Ahanna knelt and picked up the cup Zalia had set down. It wouldn't do for someone to step on it. She smoothly stood back up and looked to the strange, mannerless, new girl. When the new girl spoke to her she thought of answering put remained silent and instead simply glared.

Rythen looked between the woman and sighed when Ahanna didn't speak. "It is fine Melody. Sorry about Ahanna. I believe she has had a bit too much excitment today. A hunter got into the camp. He had some potion that took Zalia's magic. When he ran it seems he fell into a werewolf pack. He managed to stumble back here and they are dealing with him now."

Mellie looked down at her feet, and stepped away. "Excuse me," she said softly, and walked away, over to a chair. Sitting down, she rubbed her stomach and muttered under her breath. She yawned and laid her head on the table. Great, another day of sitting alone, she thought, and took out a string. Beginning to play with it, with her fingers, she yawned and groaned, her stomach lurching painfully. To her left was the new guy, Lucifer, to her right was Scarlett. "Mmh," she muttered softly and looked to the purple string.

Lucifer watched the new girl, Mellie, and laughed softly. Always making a complete fool of herself. He watched her, then focused on Scarlett. He watched her carefully, then looked to the rose. It reminded him of his mother. A smile crossed his face as he thought about it, watching still. He then looked ahead, at the commotion. Everything at this place was always weird, but that was expected. Sighing softly, he just watched them, quietly.

Hanna watched as Jatan walked over in his wolf form and she noticed that he was conveying a message to her. Her eyes widened when she figured it out "You want to go in there? with that thing?" she knew that Jatan was larger and stronger but still to actually wish to go inside the cage.

Reluctantly Hanna readied her hand to open up the cage. She was going to open the cage enough so only Jatan could get in without injury "But you do know that I will have to close the cage again for safety reasons right?". Hanna didn't want anybody to get hurt by their own choices or not.

Serenade had let herself be led away to the far corner of the tent without comment. Noting his words, she laughed a little inwardly. Her red lips quirked up in a smile as she noticed Rythen and Ahanna. The two were pleasant company, even if Ahanna seemed to be a little out of sorts at the moment. Then there was the ringmaster, seeming quite unsteady on her feet. Turning her head, Serenade also noticed a few other people she hadn't met. A young woman with vivid green eyes and a shirtless man who, while handsome enough, seemed dangerous in his own way.

Blue eyes full of speculation the light skinned woman tried to decide what to do. Shrugging the young woman moved toward the unknown man. As she moved her black hair fell around her face in ringlets. He was obviously watching the girl with a rose, so she made a sound with her throat to get his attention. "Hi my name's Serenade, and I've just come to the circus for an audition. Since that won't be happening for a while I've been trying to get to know the people here one at a time." There were so many of them, it was a hard task to accomplish.

Scarlett stood up, letting her hair down and then putting the rose in it. She then put her black hair band on her wrist and strutted away from the group. She went over to one of the many mats in the room and laid down on it, sighing softly. She noticed Lucifer watching her and gave a small wave, smiling. He was new. And though she hadn't really had the chance to greet him, she was very shy.. when she had spoken with him it had just been a hello, nothing special. Her green eyes watched as another woman came up to Lucifer. She let a small smile tug at the corner of her full lips, then stood. She figured all was fine to go back to your tent.. so she did.

The dark haired beauty left the practice tent and went back to her own tent. Once she arrived she gently pulled back the black see through curtain that led to her red and black room. Her bed was in the shape of a circle and all red, while her pillows were either plain black, or black and red. She went over to her vanity mirror and sat before it, putting on her bright red lipstick and then rubbing her bottom lip to her top lip. She then puckered her lips, blowing a kiss at the mirror. She stood up and went over to her hope chest in front of her bed and pulled out a red burlesque dress that had black lace all over it. Then at the end of the corset like dress there was a black tutu of sorts. She slipped the dress on, tying her corset up so that the dress wouldn't slip off of her. Once she made a bow on her chest she slipped on black ballet shoes and slipped out of her tent. Earlier she had been wearing her simple practice clothes, but now she felt like wearing something more.. circus.

She made her way into the main tent, looking around at all the people in the room. Surprisingly, she didn't have many friends in this circus. Most were just acquaintances. Nothing more. She let a small sigh escape her ruby red lips before sitting down in a green chair across from Lucifer and the new girl. She let her eyes look them over for a moment before looking around at everyone else in the room. Who was there to talk to besides Aiden?

Grinning Zalia shook her head at Caleb. She loved the four of them with her whole heart. "Yeah the pretty ladies would probably beat you up," she said with a laugh. "Your sister needs some fun so I'm alright with her helping out and of course he will! He's like a twelve year old!" She frowned when Caleb said Jatan was going in the cage. "He's an adult I can't tell him what to do. I just hope he doesn't get hurt." Sighing she turned to Mellie and nodded before the girl walked away. "Caleb where's Akasha?" Suddenly she grew worried and looked around.


Cocking his head to the side Jatan nodded. He nodded again and then got ready to run through. He knew she couldn't leave it open for him, that would give the hunter a chance to get out. No, Jatan was just going to have to stick it out till the end and hope for the best. If anything he would just shift into a fly and buzz out through the wholes in the fire. Planting his back feet Jatan crouched slightly and got ready to run. As soon as Hanna made a big enough whole he was through in seconds, blocking the whole from the hunter.

Hanna looked back at the newly turned werewolf inside the cage and she knew that it would be better for Jatan to be inside the cage, "Just be careful okay?". Hanna nodded as Jatan ran towards the cage as she made a hole in the cage big enough for him to get though burn free. When Jatan was safely though she sealed off the hole leaving Jatan inside the cage with the hunter. She just hoped that he wouldn't hurt himself that badly during the whole ordeal, Zalia was already tired and almost everyone was at least the smallest bit shaken up.

Caleb smiled, chuckling when she laughed. Though he shook his head and pointed to the hunched form that was barely viewable from behind the opened flaps of the practice. "Quite possible plotting her own pranks to retaliate with. You know that Kyle will either start with the new people, or family first." He replied, shrugging again, though he was thinking of helping her. And maybe roping Zalia into helping, she'd probably be bored during the waiting period to get her powers back.

The brindle colored wolf went for the throat of this intruder with a loud snarl. All within Casimir wanted to rip and tear, to harm and prove that he would dominate. There had to be one between them who ruled, and then there was that other wolf to deal with also. The thoughts were scattered and wild, just as the wolf was. Somewhere in there, Casimir was planning a strategy to win this battle. For some reason, he agreed with the wolf within but thought the way it was going about this was all wrong. So as each muscle tensed the human mind managed to switch directions. Instead of the throat, the target changed to the eyes at the last possible moment. à

Serenade turned to watch the deathly battle between the two wolves in horrified fascination. As the smaller one leaped for his opponent the young woman couldn't help but yell out in fear for the larger of the two. Somehow, the young woman was rooting for the shapeshifter.

Planting his back paws Jatan got ready for the oncoming attack. Like he expected the hunter was going for his throat so he moved to the left quickly. Though he wasn't expecting the hunter to change last minutes and go for his eyes. Instead of getting Jatan right in the eyes the hunter only nicked his right ear because Jatan had moved out of the way. Letting out a very loud snarl he lunged at the wolf, aiming for his chest. Jatan wasn't looking to maim the hunter, his goal plan was to wear him out and talk to his human half. As he was lunging Jatan connected with the hunters mind. Casimir...you need to listen to me. I'm trying to help you get back your human self. Don't loose yourself to the beast..

Whirling around to face his opponent the wolf's grey eyes flashed. This was it's time! It veered off to the left, only to feel a heavy weight upon it's hind quarters as the larger wolf landed heavily. Letting out a yelp the wolf scrambled to get away and felt an alien touch in it's mind. The human part of it drifted to the surface at the words. Why? Tell me, would you go back if your family wanted you dead? Then it fell away again, willfully trying to disappear from the world to leave it's lupine self in control.

((I'm wondering if maybe he should stay stuck as a wolf, and maybe the quartet of shifter might be put in charge of Casimir. Eventually he would come back.. somehow... As a human. ))

((Um, Amani? I think you meant to put Aki, but you wrote "you know that Caleb will start with the new people..."))

"Probably? Try definitely will beat him up, Zalia." Ophelia laughed, not minding that the ringleader was still holding onto her arm. It worried her that pranks were being plotted- she had been a target once or twice- but if Zalia was going to let them get away with it, she'd let it go. "Oh great, Aki's getting in on it to? Remind me to booby trap my tent before they get around to it." Ophelia said. The sound of fighting wolves reached her pointed ears, even outside the tent. "Sounds like the hunter and Jatan are going at it..." Ophelia said, her nerves creeping into her voice.

Caleb just laughed, though he did roll his eyes and snort in an undignified manner as she talked of booby trapping her tent. "Good luck with that. You should know that we did grow up as theives, and we were exceedingly good at setting up our own traps to prevent being captured." He replied, though knowing it wouldn't really make her feel any better, more than likely. Hearing the sounds he sighed. He really hoped he didn't have to go in and help, he was nowhere near the same size as Jatan as his wolf shape, but his smallness could be an advantage. He'd be a smaller target, and possibly faster. Hell he still laughed and pouted over being smaller than his youngest quartet sister in animal form.

((If he stays wolfie and my quadruplets get to care for him...Kita, the smallest of the group, would try to monopolize the time....Even though she's feline....Plus she's also the most forgiving of the group, might be good for him))

Following Caleb's pointed finger Zalia spotted Aki. "Ahh there she is. I guess were just going to have to help her out aren't we?" She turned back to Caleb and gave him a playful wink. Hearing Ophelia she laughed. "Your right that's more than a probably! What do you say Fee? Want to help Caleb, Akasha and I get Kyle, Kita and Jatan back? Do a little pranking ourselves?" She shuddered when she heard the snarling and chose to ignore it for now. Zalia could always tell when Jatan was really hurt in any form. She wasn't going to do anything until she heard pained noises from him. Reaching her hand out she ruffed up Caleb's hair with a small smile.


Letting out a low growl Jatan stood and waited for another attack. He was only going to attack if the hunter did first. He let out a huff and spoke to him again. I wouldn't go back, I would move forward. I would not let the beast take over me completely. That's not the way to do it. Take control and figure out what to do. You hunt us because you despise the beasts among us, right? If you let yourself go your just going to become something you despise. You don't have to be a monster. But you are if you let the wolf take over. Jatan stopped talking and watched the hunter carefully.

Ophelia laughed a little at Zalia's offer. "You mean put myself in the direct line of fire? Sure, why not. I haven't risked any real mortal peril lately." She said with a little laugh. "I'll certainly help with Kyle and Kita, at least. They've gotten me enough times that I could use a little payback." She noted. "You'd be surprised how good I am at setting up traps, Caleb. Don't tempt me." She told the shape shifter at his warning. 'Although we should hold off the idea of trying to destroy each others personal property until AFTER we've dealt with our current problem.' Ophelia added to herself.

((I think he will stay in wolf form, just to let everyone know. And would you mind if the quadruplets took care of him Amani?))

None of the other wolf's words made sense anymore. At least, not to the majority of this new wolf's mind. It growled, quite annoyed that another was encroaching upon it's territory. Casimir had given up his humanity because he thought he was the monster. These people had no need to try and help him when he had wanted to kill them all. So he let himself go. The wolf-that-had-been-Casimir lunged forward, aiming for the jugular in pure animalistic rage.

Hanna watched as the two wolves fought it out and she got more and more worried about Jatan as time passed, sure Jatan was larger and probably stronger but the pure rage a newly changed wolf had was outstanding. As she watched as Casimir seemed to be loosing more and more of his humanity she wanted Jatan out of there so they could keep the wolf in a more confined area away from the main tent, maybe in a real cage somewhere because she couldn't keep this cage up for more than a few days at the longest she could already feel herself getting tired but she could push past hungry and sleepiness fairly well is was the sheer willpower it took from her that made long term fire structures a tricky thing to do. Hanna noted to herself to try and take a nice long nap under a tree somewhere when this was over, somewhere sunny and warm.

Changed the time! It is now 12 pm.


Still in the hunters mind Jatan new the exact moment his human side was lost. He let out a little sound and knew there was nothing else he could do for now. Casimir needed time as a wolf and hopefully he would come back. Jatan couldn't believe he even wanted the hunter to get his human self back. But in a way he felt bad. A little stunned at the wolf's rage Jatan was ready though. Lunging forward with a loud snarl he met the wolf halfway, his paws going for his head. He was aiming to grip the wolfs head and toss him, so he wouldn't get his neck. The hunter managed to nip Jatan in the throat but it wasn't enough to cause major damage, just enough for some bleeding. Jatan was looking to know the wolf out so they could transfer him into a real cage. But if that didn't work soon then he was going to shift and fly out of the fire cage. Then he would grab one of the tranquilizer guns and shoot him.

((I am very sorry I haven't posted in here. I've been meaning to the last few days but haven't. I most likely will not post tonight, got a visitation tonight and family spending the night, or tomorrow, the funeral. But I should be back this weekend.))

Caleb grinned at the pair, and after a quick excuse me he jogged off towards where the little hawk was hiding. "Hey big sis. Zal, me and Fee were planning on banding together if Kyle plans on doing any pranks. We're also figuring that Jatan and Kita will join him." He told her once she'd looked up at him, her teal eyes wide to resemble an owl more than her natural form. But the blonde grinned, help from the others would be welcome to here, and would work well with some of her plans. "Well, I think we should head to the library or somewhere else to start the planning." She told her brother, taking his offer to stand and brushing grass off her pants.

Kyle and Kita were giggling and snickering over a few ideas they'd put together, and agreed to go into the library to see if they could find any more good ideas. The tigeress watched the otter scamper out of the tent, gaining exclaimations as he practically ran over the other pair of the quartet his retaliation being to stick his tongue out and blow raspberries before disappearing into the library tent. Kita just shook her head at him before shutting the music player off and moving back to watch the werewolf with Jatan. She could see it, the loss of humanity, and even though it was an ex-hunter, that thought made her heart break. Must be something terrible to make him retreat like that. She thought as she stood as close to the catch as she could with out being affected by the fire, arms wrapped around her self. Right there she resolved to help the hunter regain himself, and she'd make her siblings help too. "I'll be back" She said softly, not directing it at any one person, but she had been watching the wolves when she spoke.

((Nope don't mind. Though Kyle and Kita might do it more than the others...Cal and Aki being the more cautious and wary...Kyle just likes doing new things and Kita's got a big heart.))

Ahanna fidgeted and looked between the people she could see. Everytime a noise came from the tent, and where she knew the fight was happening, she would jerk. Finally she leaned over and whispered in Rythen's ear. "I'm going to the animal tent." Without waiting she grabbed ahold of Day and swung herself up on his back. Without a movement Day moved into a run with Ash following. As soon as they were in the tent she swung off and sat in the hay. She wrapped her arms around her knees as the two mounts rested next to her.

Rythen watched as Ahanna ran off. He wouldn't do her any good. He would do no good with ex-hunter. The only thing he could do was guard against the other weres and try to fix the hurt feelings of the other girl.

He walked over to the strange girl and sat on the ground next to her. He looked forward instead of up at her. "I am sorry about that Mellie."

The wolf shook itself at Jatan. It went for the black wolf once more, but suddenly tripped over it's feet and fell to the ground in an ungraceful heap. It's grey eyes closed as exhaustion from the transformation finally settled in. Senselessly sleeping, strange images popped into it's mind as darkness enveloped the wolf. The only remnants of Casimir's humanity manifested themselves within those small scenes, though the wold could make no sense of them.

The young woman noticed the blond girl standing by the wolves. Serenade moved forward to stand beside her and peer inside. "Are you worried about them? The black wolf should be fine now that the other one's fallen.. Asleep?" She was unsure about that, but certain she wanted to speak with the shape-shifter. In all her years with fae friends, Serenade had never seen or heard of anyone like him.

Hanna watched as the former hunter seemed to let go of humanity and battle it out for a while before he fell asleep, or what looked like falling asleep he was still breathing but he might not be fully asleep. She would not yet let the cage walls fall on the odd chance it would awake the newly turned wolf. Hanna turned her eyes towards Jatan to make sure that he was alright, when she looked over him he appeared to be alright nothing that time couldn't fix. She turned her attention back to the slumbering werewolf he seemed a whole lot less threatening now but there was still a sense of danger surrounding him.
