I just realised putting the washing machine on to spin while cakes were in the oven was probably silly. I hope they don't all vibrate and go funny.

Oh dear. Tissues for everyone.
One day I will learn to not stand directly in front of the oven when I open it so my glasses don't steam up. Also, that baking trays are hot and can burn you.

I'm doin it like victoria sponge but instead of jam between the layers I'm doin butter cream and I got some vanilla icing and food colourin and sprinkies and candles that spell out HAPPY BIRTHDAY since he said he didn't want 66 candles.

Heh, I've only ever made a sandwich cake once. Buttercream is tasty.
Food colouring is fun too. On that note I think I'll be back in my kitchen hoping that cakes haven't been stolen by ninjas while I wasn't looking.
