too true. so im thinking of changing my avatar to that one i made that using the atlantis mask... but i dont want to go under 5000 gold. so i need 2000 more gold. that seems like a lot right now. know what i mean?

i think you should add the purple colour else where in your avatar then just the staff. like the hair colour or a head item like the regal head wrap... change the shoes to the black pirate shoes to add that colour there... then maybe some silver shoes that stick out under the boots that that you have some of that silver there. just for balancing reasons you know? and maybe change the gloves too...or just layer gloves that would make it so there is a hint of that purple on the arms somewhere.

outside of that, i really like the concept and the shape of the avatar although the smoke is a little strange, but it works. and since you have a sky, you might want a floor. i dont know, that might just me be, but when my avatar has a background it needs to be set with a floor... thats not significant though. its great without a floor as well.

overall: 7/10

just curious, changing hair to silver feels like it improved it to me. though i'm going to try your ideas as a third save on it :]
