Mm. I'd say take out the huge chunk of blue at the bottom and get something less... chunkier.

Move a belt to a little higher, I say. You have two blocks of white, and only a small amount of heaps of colours in between.

I just noticed something. You have white shoes. Odd... Why white? They don't match. You should have silver.

A little more black around the waist to balance out the head and feet would do nicely.

I love it, but the shoes seem a it out of place in my opinion. Maybe find something blue to tie them in? Other than that, keep it up!
