It was a joke. Mine always fall flat, you know that. But, um... Ice cream and summer definitely go together!

I really need more suit-like apparel to really pull off the flight attendant look. I need a pencil skirt! XD

Noms have been updated. :D

Oh, no sugar because I've been on a special diet. No sugar, no bread, nothing with yeast, wheat, vinegar... Basically I've been eating meat, vegetables, fruits (only berries and green apples, and only for the last month or so have I been eating fruit) and rice/quinoa. And I use coconut flour, chickpea flour and flaxseed meal to make these "biscuit"/cookie type things that are pretty good with almond butter on them... Baked goods are rough when you can't have wheat.

But only one more month, then I can go back to being a normal person. I'm still going to eat this way most of the time, but I'm most looking forward to being able to eat pizza and ice cream again. XD

Well, it was basically to get rid of an overgrowth of yeast in my body. It caused all kinds of troubles. O_o I had been on a diet prior to that, for my general health and well-being (I've lost 120 lbs. now), but this new diet was wayyyy more hardcore. Before, I could eat bad foods, but just in moderation, and as long as I exercised, I still lost weight. Now, I probably don't need to exercise as much as I do, but I've become a gym junkie. XP

And the diet is just a good, healthy diet in general, and that's why I'll continue it in the future most of the time. I can't eat the crap I used to eat. It horrifies me now thinking about all the awful, preservative-filled food I put in my body. GROSS!

Sizz: Oh dang. That's pretty much the same diet I've been needing to initiate for a while now. I've been postponing it mainly because I really like pizza. :'(

Edit@ Lady Lunarius and demoscout: Thank you so much for the compliments. ;o; <3

Yeah Jes, it's really hard. I have crazy willpower though, and I even cheated tiny bits here and there throughout, with no problems. You just have to watch yourself and notice if you have symptoms based on what you eat. Like, you're not supposed to have sugar of any sort, except for stevia, but I would occasionally have a bite (and when I say that, I mean, a TINY bit) of a desert a friend made or something. Or a tiny bit of dark chocolate...

But really, once I was on the diet for a couple of months, my sweet tooth subsided substantially. It's crazy how I don't crave sugar anymore... :D Good stuff. But yeah, I wish you the best of luck if you decide to start it. You can do it!!! XD

I have another friend who has cut most sweets out of her diet and she can't handle a lot of anything sugary anymore without feeling sick.

Yeah, I had a tiny taste of chocolate icing (the kind you get at the grocery store in the boxed cake section), and it was just so horrifically sweet! I couldn't even taste the chocolate because the sugar taste was just overwhelming.

Everyone should get unaddicted to sugar. It'd be a good thing.

I'm watching a special on CNBC about America's obesity problem. It's sad... :(

Sizz: That's exactly what I DON'T have. XD Not to mention I have the worst sweet tooth on Earth. Actually, scratch that, I have 7 of the worst sweet TEETH on Earth. :gonk: Hearing you talk about the after effects makes me really just want to go for it though. Which, after I research more on the diet, I will. I swear. T__T

Oh my gosh, don't talk about obesity. It makes me depressed. Dx
Actually, talk about it. I'm going to be leaving anyway. XD

I hate watching those shows on obesity... they make me sad and disgusted at the same time oh and they gross me out a bit since they typically show so kind of surgery or they like talk about gross stuff. Plus a lot of time what obese people eat in one meal is just gross. I am so glad for my fast metabolism ^_^

@Platty: Thanks! Haha, that movie was silly. Ahh Merry and Pippin are my favoritest hobbits EVER! I just love when those two start downing some ale and dance around on tables. x3

@Jes: No problem! :3

@Sizzla: I'd say I'm technically borderline obese, with my bmi count n all, but I'm not too bad. Your diet seems like an interesting one. My main problem would be gaining the will power to set aside stuff like soda and junk foods. xD

Jes, it's really worthwhile IMO. I hope you decide to take on the challenge. I wish more people would go on this diet, because it's so good for you! It also takes out all potential food allergens, since so many people are allergic to foods and don't even know it.

Here's a good site -- and the diet I stuck to most of the time.

WholeApproach.com - Natural Candida Treatment - Systemic Yeast Infection and Candida Diet Recipes, Forums and Products

I didn't do their vitamin/supplement regimen though, because I couldn't afford it. I did take Undecyn, however, which is also a yeast-killer, but it was prescribed by a natural health practitioner that I saw in January... I think for most people though, the diet will work all by itself.

My boyfriend has a really fast metabolism, which is good for him because he eats crap food, smokes and drinks soda all the time. Bleh. Lucky him though! It's partly his fault I got so fat. I was feeding him, and he wasn't getting any bigger, but I sure was! I didn't really realize it until I got skinnier though...

@Demo: You can totally get rid of soda fairly easily.
What I do is replace soda with lemonade sweetened with stevia. And then I buy sparkling water from Whole Foods (I like the strawberry) and add stevia to that, and it's just like strawberry soda! mmmmm.m.. tasty. Really, you just have to get a bit creative. XP But soda and junk food are both things you have to give up. They're horrible for you in the long run.

Soda/Sparkling water ftw...just saying. xD
I just buy the actual carbonated water, and add real fruit to it though.
And it is awesome eating the fruit afterwards because it is carbonated. xD
