@Cookie: There you go. ^^ I'm just saying that's my opinion. Also I'm a rather good judge of people. So it's somewhat easy for me.

Info that I learned from men: This is best for both people in marriage possibly. Apparently the best thing to do is sign the house under the woman's name. And actually marriage used to be one of those things where if you were living together you were considered married. So I suppose a good thing would be to get the guy to sign the house under the girls name. Live together, and if the boy is giving problems (constantly) change the lock and never have to see him again. This way you don't have to deal with courts/state. (is more of a problem than it's worth)
