Feeling lighter than air, Cal smiled at Martha and leaned in to kiss her. He barely heard the applause, or his mother crying happily. When he pulled away, he looked into her eyes intently. "Martha...I love you. And I promise to love you forever."

Martha smiled at Cal. "I'll love you forever as well."

Lori sighed happily feeling like for once everything was going to be fine.
