It's because people used the price guide as more of a rule for prices than a real guideline. @ A@ People are still used to the old prices, not realizing that money is tight and people want more virtual for their real. And not many are donating as before (I think, just given the rl economy and Mene's situation) so there's less of items out there anyway. =\
Sure, there's still the people that jack up the price on things to ridiculous levels, but I think the most recent CIs were within reasonable prices. It gives them more value and I think that's perfectly fine.
