the ones under the "build" command in HQ, all I see are the event rares and no option to go further down...

I finished one inking today, now I'm working on a second.
I'm hoping I can squeeze in number 3 as well, so I don't have to do anymore inking for these commissions.
Then all I got left is the colouring...I don't know how to colour underwater effects though, so I'll have to look that up.

What browser are you using Clione? Someone earlier was having trouble doing it in IE. Also... are you scrolled down to the bottom of the thread before you open HQ? Because you need to be scrolled up some.

I use a community built FireFox with many many plugins for security reasons.

IE8 is very similar to Firefox/SeaMonkey without all the free plugins; there are some more advanced document rendering differences but not many. I have several friends who swear by Opera, although I still use SeaMonkey (I also have Opera and IE8 on my machine for website-testing purposes).

They use different engines, so FireFox is much much faster, and has much more site compatibility.
Security, IE is basically Windows' way of letting anything download without your knowing, and that's a bad thing.
Features, FireFox has many more features than IE at this point.
You'll have a vast library of plugins to choose from for FireFox. (For security, you can look up and try out AdBlock Plus, NoScript, Ghostery, TACO, Web of Trust, YSlow.)
