Alright well, a few months ago, Kai and I were playing some Legend of Zelda Wind Waker.
I had previously beaten the game, but Kai had not, so I was helping her out. In the game, there's a fish who talks about the legendary golden triumph forks. This is of course, a misunderstanding, as it is actually the triforce, but since timeline-wise, this game takes place much later, it is assumed that the name got mixed up a little.
So then at some point another friend of ours, Mike, came up with the idea that we were each pieces of the triforce. Nerdom for Kai, Geekhood for me, and Capslock for him. Then I said, Triumph Forks, not triforce.
And that my dear, is where that came from.
