*Hime* I have zero art skills, but the bases make this challenge doable for the art-challenged. It's a bit like a creative coloring book! I am going to attempt a Mr. Mayor entry tonight. :D

if you can't print, or color it in on the computer, you could try to lightly trace them on the screen. Then, when you're done you can darken the lines.

Comments: When I see/draw Cecilia, I always associate her with flowers. So I couldn't resist making her a fairy wearing a dahlia dress. (since they are yellow and pink dahlias, Cessy's favorite colors)
(There is also an influence of little girl ballerina outfits, since the petals were so poofy. I also suppose it was an subconscious action when designing an outfit for a seven year old girl)

fireprincess: I'd submit it as-is. I'll focus on the outfits you design when I judge, so I don't think it will hurt your chances. I certainly don't want you to redraw the whole thing just because of that.

Shi was super worried because her new computer hates png and made the lines thicker than original. ^^' (Computer also hates photobucket, but luckily Shi already learned ways to still use it :cool: )

I like the dark lines, it gives her a comic book feel. :D

I tried to at least make her outfit lines just as dark so it wouldn't look too out of place.
