Comments: Cessy is a little girl, and like most little children I thought she may be a girl that enjoys dancing, even if she's not always the most graceful, she seems like the type of girl to try her very hardest, and to be polite. So I felt Duck (or Ahiru) of Princess Tutu was the perfect costume for her. Of course the heroine of that story is a bit older -although they never really say how old- and so the cut of her outfit is a bit more mature. So keeping Cessy's age in mind, I adjusted some...seams.
