I don't mind tofu, but I'm a little picky about the texture, I like tougher tofus if its not in soup.

I think it was more of the texture it just made me gag and I can't remember how it was cooked

All different firmness of tofu make me wanna gag. It tastes like flavorless mush.

tofu shouldn't be super mushy, at least initially.

I wish I could have actually gotten to taste it because I feel like tofu would be good for me. I love yogurt but the consistency of the tofu just would not let me swallow it and I tried because I was at a friend's house I was really embarrassed
