I have done that before. It was because one of my stories didn'y quite work on its own so I added it as a subplot to another story.

Pretty easily since one was just an intro and the other is
a full story I've been working on and re-writing for a couple of years now.
Just never found the right plot for it.

So i guess it's not two stories.

yeah for art too. I did a lot of stuff before hand so I'm using it as a buffer for this thing. XD

I am both sad and excited the event is already counting down till close.

I am sad about it, how will I slack off from writing once it's over? Menewsha is such a good distraction...
I'm glad I won't have to worry about entering stuff once it's over though not that I've entered much of the stuff yet, I've mostly focused on the one howdy does the haunted Halloween or whatever.

I never do any of the event contests or anything on any site.

Remember guys, once the event is over there is another NaNoWriMo thread started by numerica over in the writer's conference.

I did not notice that.

I didn't think many people had, because the writer's conference forum is quite quiet, so I thought I would draw people's attention to it as the event is ending soon.

I usually don't go searching for nano threads anymore and just stick to my dead little hangout and hope some nanoer comes to me. The last couple nanos there has not been a discussion after all.

There has usually been one in the Hangout forum, but this year it is in the writer's conference.

I only ever look in the writing forum for it. I never expect that to be a hangout.

Didn't know that. But the site is usually pretty dead after events *sigh*

I always search for NaNo thread when October comes.

I do the same as Xuvie. I like the NaNo threads because other people who share my pain.

/ugh. I haven't written anything today, and it's bugging me. My grandparents are over, and my partner too (I'm in a long distance) so writing has slipped but I need to write.
