It was probably mostly country for me as well because of my parents. But there is no country showing up on the weekly top 10 with all genres involved.

Yeah, that's what it was with my parents too. I didn't start listening to pop until I was in 6th grade or so.

I don't listen to music too often.

My tastes in music are rather old fashioned.

Zig likes instrumental music.

I also tend to gravitate towards the instrumental music!

I pretty much listen to mostly metal now. But I like songs from a bunch of different genres though. BUT I can't stand bluegrass at all!

It depends on the rap? Some things I don't mind while others are awful.

I tend not to like it all, mostly because of the lyrics.

I like everything except country because when I was a kid, my parents ONLY listened to that and when I finally discovered the other kinds of music I never wanted to look back on my "deprived" times.

Haha, I'm basically the same way. There are a very select few country songs I'll still listen to but other than that I stay away from that genre of music.

There are some country songs I like. I have fallen in love with Johnny Cash.

I am afraid I just do not understand rap at all!
There are some beautiful country and western songs.
Reba does have a very lovely voice.

I'm not a huge fan of her music. She does have a nice voice but I think it's a sort of acquired taste. I'm not much for rap either but there are a few songs I will tolerate.

I am in love with the song The Devil Went Down To Georgia.
