Oh, il faut toujours utiliser avoir avec besoin. Il y a plein des phrases avec avoir, c'est difficile de les mémoriser tous!

Oh, you always have to use avoir with besoin. There are plenty of phrases that use avoir, it's hard to memorize all of them!

You should maybe try to remember that besoin isn't a verb since you don't conjugate it so you have to have the verb avoir with it. Maybe that'll help...

What browser do you use? If you use Firefox you can actually add French as a dictionary so it'll spell check and add the accents for you sometimes (but not always for the past tense or à).

Je suis dans un programme d'immersion (durant les années 7 à 12) à mon école alors tous mes cours sont en français (mais pas science dans les années 10 à 12) puis j'ai un cours de français (c'est comme un cours d'anglais). Après le douzième année je reçu un certificat bilingue.

Incidentally, even though it may not be the best grammar, using nothing but infinitives can still convey a high level of understanding.
