@blue
I was hoping I would this morning but still feeling not so great, will just have to try and ignore it so I can get stuff done XP

@Eirian
I'm glad you like the art & thank you for the tip <3

@xuvrette
Yes, I sketch all my art with pencil & paper, even when it gets coloured in SAI & I use a Canon LIDE 110 A4 flatbed scanner, I only got it this year as my old one was wearing out
I do have a printer which has a scanner built in but the scanner is not very good and awkward to use

I went to work.
I use big paper, because I draw HUUUUUGE pictures.

Thank you, Sayuriri. I don't know how to differentiate the good and bad of scanner.

Well I have an A4 sized scanner but I draw on A2 paper when doing full body art & just put the two images together in PSP7
And for me a good scanner is one that can scan an image as close to the actual colour of the image without too much adjusting

A2? I think you mean A3?
because... there are 4 A4 to make one A2. XD
*being nerd and geeky*

Actual colour... hmm... I thought those can be adjusted?

Heh yeah I do mean A3, however I do have some A2 sized sketch pads which I fold for A3 paper XD

The trouble is you can only adjust an image so much, I've found that there's a certain point where if you fiddle around to much it starts to become noticeable that you have done so

For me, my concern is dusts. D:
I have messy sketches, and it seems like my awesome scanner pick up every single dot.

Yeah scanners will pick up what I call 'dirt' - that was one of the reasons I had to get a new one, constant use had meant the scanner part had scratched the glass on the underneath and everything I was scanning was getting lines across it, and cleaning those off an image took an age

You can, though if I choose something you'll probably be pinged in my art shop for a pick up as if I don't work on it this evening it will be tomorrow after event ends XD

Traditional has that special charm that clean digital art can't beat.
