@ Kiba - I had a friend that did that, and he contacted neopets about it.

Hmm, i was bored this week so i tried to log into my neopets account, to find that its possibly hacked? Its been a while since i've used it, but my email has changed on the account and obviously the password too.

I've never been in a situation like this, whats the next step? I have receipts from my purchases on there, but thats all really :( the pets are still there and everything, i just assume all np and items are taken

I always go back to Neopets. My blumaroos are so cute, even if they changed their poses years ago into something ... not as adorable. I just treated mine to a vacation. They (my pets) sent me emails, which I forgot was a feature -- pretty fun.

I JUST found out about this thread (thankyouthankyouthnkyou CK) and I must lament. I cannot get past the "create a pet" screen because of reasons...

I might not go back.

OMG! I used to love neopets! But it was too much work... IMO

I'm considering going back just to play that one game*. Well, that one and the other game**. Those were always fun.

* Dice-a-roo? I think that's the name.

** Something about manufacturing toys. Not even a guess on the name there.

There were another few games I'd play just so my pets wouldn't get bored of my love for Dice-a-roo, but, yeah. >_>;

Oh, Freaky Factory is one of the "backup" games I play. xD I meant the month-long resource management one. You buy yards of fabric and hire workers and buy buttons or gems to sew onto the plushies.

I think I know the one you mean, but I never played it, Plushie Tycoon or something like that? One I remember reading the directions for and finding it too complicated, I think ><;

And, yes - it's a bit complicated. And by "a bit" I mean, "I don't think I've made it more than ten days before going bankrupt D:" I'd imagine I'd be a bit better at being a "tycoon" now than when I was a kid, though.

You'd hope, but some games have a way of cutting you down to size, don't they! This is my fear of complicated games shining through like a beacon xD I know you like time management games, but they make me panic. I never was very good at them before, and now my brain's broke that kind of process is the epitome of what it can't do any more ><;

xD I like resource management more than time management. Time management games are in one of those spheres where just enough is relaxing and too much stresses me out. xD; (And it can vary by the day, so today I might find it relaxing and tomorrow the same level will make me want to throw my computer out the window.)

But, yeah... I've always been pretty decent at resource management games, so what would is probably the issue is how often they tweak Plushie Tycoon. I remember reading that they tweaked it every month to make sure a fool-proof guide (or cheat, I guess) could never be written. :B

Does anyone here still go on Neopets? I actually went on my account two weeks ago. My poor Neopets were "dying" :(
