I shade very well but few flaws. It's a good way to put detail into things.

That's kinda a very vague question.

When I shade, I not only do the cast shadow but I like to include the core/form shadows and reflective light. I'm very good at adding shadows and it's important to establish them.

I can render a piece to look more three dimensional using only values, if that's what you mean. I'm much better with coloured pieces than greyscale though. I hate limiting my colour palette, so I end up with 7 colours to work with and use 4 of them for different parts of darker areas.

Shade it as your own choice... It will be better than others help...

I hate my line art just as it is, so I shade in anything that I do at least a little. When I say shade, I only refer to black and white media. coloring is coloring and I have no concept of flat coloring. My shading and coloring ability has always been ahead of my actual drawing ability.
