The few that defended Terra were totally blasted out of the status. I was one of the butthurt ex-staffers that told Mouse where to go on there. He's a horrible admin!

Also, I never really liked Terra's art... >.>

I just heard over at Eli that Terrasus is now dead. I am not exactly sure what happened, but talk over there makes it seem like this guy who abandons his avatar sites all the time has struck again. Or that it has something to do with an admin. I had been really excited when news of this site's development had come out, and when the site had actually started it was not exactly what I was expecting but it was a good environment and I love the avatars.

Let me fill you in:

Mouse is a horrible communicator and abandoned the site without any word of warning. Krank and the mod team were left to run it. They found out he bought himself a tablet, shoes and jeans with money that was donated to the site. Someone hacked the site (inside job, I know one of the people and I'm so sure I know the second one) and changed all the names (eg. Terrashit). Mouse got his account back, Krank left and took all her artwork as she never got paid. He shut the site down and every user and ex-staff member turned on him.

I think Mouse is only seventeen, so why he was in charge of the money when you should (in theory) be eighteen to enter a binding business contract, I have no idea. With the amount of donation items the site put out, it's obvious quite a bit of cash was being generated. It's understandable that he got a bit overwhelmed. >.> Not excusable, but understandable.

He's worked on other sites as well (Elidiun, Chloira and I'm almost positive he was on Jinksu too) and they all went the same way (well, Elidiun and Chloria are still kicking under new rule).

(Oh wow I haven't been on here in ages.) I donated on Terrasus twice to the amount of $5 total and both times it had issues and I had to start a bug thread to get my donation currency. I didn't even bother the second time. :C
Does he do the taking the money and split on each site he's run, or was this a new thing with this one?

As far as I'm aware, it's a new thing. If he did it before, I haven't heard about it (and I've been on all the sites that he "ran") >.>

Best part: I was blamed for "hackings" when I was off at work all day

Was it an inside job? Yes
Do I know who the people involved are? Yes
Was there actual hacking going on? Not even close

Fun fact: Mouse actually spent over $1,000 (closer to $1,500 according to the ledger) which would be all well and good if he had actually done some work other than logging in for fifteen minutes once of twice a month.

But you know what they say, you can't teach an old dog new tricks. Even if said dog is still just a child.

I personally don't think that all of the legal fees would be worth it over such a small amount in regards to how much of a hassle it would be.

if he/she owns the site 100% by himself, than there's nothing anyone could do about it =/
Unless, he didn't deliver what he said he would when donations were given or something

Oh no, my friend and original creator of the site took all of her artwork down - which he tried to say he owned. Basically, he's fucked. Since he's so lazy, I doubt he'll get anything set up again. He'd need brand new bases and items to go along with them and with his little habit of not paying people and disappearing for weeks on end, anyone who'd be willing to work with him would get sick of his bullshit pretty quickly. Unless they're an idiot.

With enough people believe a total scammer kazakai in the doll community/on her DA page even after YEARS of her scamming people I wouldn't be surprised.

Just so everyone knows, history is repeating with Syndrone (A site that rose from Terrasus' ashes or some such):

EDIT: Changing the link to a Gaia Guild with all the info because Syn is down.

It's both sad and hilarious to watch Fork try to cover his bum. He's blaming everyone/everything except the real culprit: Himself.

I saw somewhere that there's meant to be a legal battle going on with him and the people who donated to Syn. Not sure if that's happening though. It's a shame because the avatars/items on that site were really nice. Most new sites don't really seem to last too long. Crappy owners and shady work :/
