I feel like this will be less of a "memory jar" and more of a "pictures of cat jar"

This is Mallow. Or Mini-Long. We found her in September at a Taco-Bell. We took her in and now she is ours.

I got more art done today, despite having lost an arm to cute.

She basically begs to be held like this, then falls asleep. If I put her down next to me she gets upset.

I don't feel too bad when I put her on the couch next to me, because with in the hour she's back in my arms. I just wish we could do something about her fleas. :<

We've tried the collar, two kinds of flea drops including frontline. Bath with Dawn soap. Bath with vinegar. Rubbing her down with mint scented running alcohol. Once things get a bit warmer ( hopefully in the next few days) were gonna try using the flea shampoo we got and putting this months dose of Front line on her.

remember to do the house, if you don't she'll just get them again. and try and keep other animal's away from her if you can.

yeah, I feel so bad for the kitty. I can't wait until it's warm enough to bathe her.

No new picture of kitty. But she got a bath today and was very good about it. didn't use her claws until I had her wrapped in a towel. Now she is eating some of her tuna that I cooked, froze, and thawed out for her.

This monster has found out that she can run on the underside of the couch because we have laminate floors so she slides better. She is currently banished to the room for being a couch ninja and attacking us.

---------- Post added 01-20-2015 at 03:01 AM ----------

And a video of her in action.

Today was warm enough to give her a bath. Loads of dead fleas in the water after it. Hopefully we'll break the cycle soon and be done with the vampires.

I'm laughing so hard at your cat "running" around underneath the couch - That's amazing! Annoying, I'm sure, but amazing.

She finds it very entertaining! I'm sure the underside of the couch looks like a mess. She's really loud when she does it too. So her trying to be a ninja and attacking our legs isn't very sneaky. XD

Oh gods. Mallow is good enough to know that she can't (or isn't supposed to ) pick on the sides of the couch, running around underneath we don't have an issue with because who is actually going to see the under side of a couch???

She loves this box, it is her second favorite box. It has crumpled paper in that she sometimes eats. It's near the sliding door at the porch.

I fell down some stairs today and broke the brand new bottle of detergent. Now there's soap scum on the stairs and I might have a bruise.
Oh we got Mallow a new laser pointer that has designs that we want to try out when it's dark.
