My favorite part of Halloween is carving pumpkins and getting all the seeds!

I've seen quite a few chia seed pudding recipes floating around. I've put them in smoothies before and now my cream of wheat. I also hear they're sneakable into oatmeal.

I could try some of those and see if I can sneak them past the girls.
