Oh, cool, I found another site with the same recipe and servings calculator. :D Those proportions I gave first were for 8 servings. For 10 servings it would be:

* 1/2 cup and 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
* 1/2 cup and 2 tablespoons ketchup
* 2 pounds lean ground beef
* 3/4 cup and 3 tablespoons milk
* 3 eggs
* 1-3/4 teaspoons salt
* 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
* 1-1/4 small onion, chopped
* 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
* 3/4 cup and 3 tablespoons finely crushed saltine cracker crumbs
