I used to measure everything out. Now I sort of have a feel for things and just use a dash of this and that. ^^;

I panic just watching my mom do that!

Hehe! The stuff I do isn't like making cookies or something. If I'm making a marinade for chicken or just coating some potatoes with seasoning it doesn't really need to be exact. For cookies/cakes you definitely need to measure a bit better.
