For the record, Kraft Mayo made with Olive Oil is gross. Hellman's mayo made with Olive Oil was better, but still not quite the same as regular Mayo. The Kraft kind is sort of sweet and icky like miracle whip. I hate that stuff x_x

I remember the taste of Miracle Whip. It's kinda bland...and I do prefer regular mayo.

Miracle Whip is sort of sweet and tangy. It's famous for it's "zip" but really it's just gross. Regular mayo can be a bit tasteless, but I still prefer it. I watched Alton Brown make home made Mayo on Good Eats and I am now determined to do it myself one of these days! But we don't have any powdered mustard to flavor it with, so I haven't done it yet.

I made the sandwich without the bread. ^_^;; I just had a bowl of tuna with chopped celery and black olives with the icky Kraft olive oil mayo and a bit of black olive juice in there to give it some salt. Usually I'd mound it up on some bread and devour, but I've been eating so much pasta lately I just skipped the bread.

So essentially you just made tuna salad?

I don't really consider it a salad. It's a breadless sandwich I swear! I totally missed the bread. :sweat:
