So, I'm making gluten free bread for the first time. I hope it comes out right.

The bread turned out well - so well, I kinda went back for a second slice.

It's not much different than regular bread. It's just made without wheat.

Yes - there are some people who cannot eat it at all due to Celiac disease. Personally, I don't believe I have this condition, but I just feel better when I avoid gluten products all together (less bloated, etc., lol). It's kind of become a fad though, especially in the US (not sure about other countries). Some people may think that by eat gluten free products they will lose weight when they're still carb, but losing weight is based for on lifestyle choices, I think.

Well when I yawned I noticed that my mouth blocked the view of the computer screen
If 4 in the morning now, I probably should go to bed~ I'm being up for no reason at all

Every now & then, I'll stay up through the night, but that's cause I usually work the night shift.
It's been a while since I've stayed up for no reason ... probably because I'm getting older & cherish my sleep while I can. :)

My best friend has gluten allergies, I know all about her gluten free woes.
That being said, I've had many of hr gluten free stuff, and I must say....I like my gluten. >.>

I'm definitely going to develop an allergy one day though. xD

There are some products that can be pretty tasty. I know some bread can taste like cardboard ... blech!
I've asked some of my other friends, who are gluten free as well, for recommendations and that helps.

Yeah, finding a good gluten free pizza is tough - best one I've found so far is from Dominoes. I've tried to taste others, but they always run out because I guess they make a certain amount each day, so I have to order something else. Another options is to buy a regular pizza and just eat the topping off - I've done that before.
