I'd message Phe to be sure but maybe you could consider it a celebration with a Victorian style theme? (Or whatever kind of clothing you want to base your designs on. xD) Again though, I'd get full clarification and permission from Phe first. *nods* ^_^

1st is 500 gold, an award for your siggy, and a jan CI set
2nd is 250 fold, an award for your siggy and a haloween event item set
3rd is 10 gold, an award, and a winter event item set

i also have a secret prize was well, which may be added to those, or it may be for runners up. you'll just have to wait an see.

@X the theme is very general, you could do a fancy, frilly party set. I've seen images of victorian girl's birthday dresses, really pretty. just use your imagination ^_^

It's nothing big. Just a cute outfit.. I don't know if I'll do a male one. It's very... original I suppose. but I can help brainstorm ideas. Like at masquerade balls fancy gowns, birthday stuff can be casual to very fancy. Theme birthdays.. Birthday dresses are always cute ^^ lol.. I'm going for more of a club party theme like thing.
