Usually when users are banned they're threads get locked, and there is a way to make your status say 'banned' or 'account suspended' without it actually being true.

However their last action was on the eighth, so that may be the case. I'll go ahead and report this thread, so it she actually has been banned the thread will be locked, and if not, well, I tried to be helpful. XD
