The Green is the original, so I recolored the red and purple. He wasn't nice about it at all.

I think they look great! The shadows look fantastic! I could see if he wanted more of the lightest highlight color on the red because it's not as prominent as the green one....but I personally like it better that way - the highlight on the green is almost too much.

Yeah, the green was too light and he asked for me to darken it in the red so that's what I did.
BUT then he started asking how many shades, and saying they weren't the right ones even though I took them directly from other items and that it wasn't pixeled the same way as other items, blah blah blah.

Well if that's what he asked for and it's what he got, he shouldn't complain. I LIKE the red and purple - the green one just looks too fake with the highlight the way it is. And I can see that you followed the pattern of the green one (where the shadows start and end, etc.) He's just being super picky I guess....maybe he thinks no one can pixel as well as him?

I don't know, I don't get it. He doesn't even pixel that much himself, he's only recently started learning too.

i think your two look better than the light green.

If anything, I thought the red one was the best of the three. *shrugs* I suppose I'll keep at it, but I'm not doing him any favors.

lol I just changed it a bit *still playing with the colors and balance* XD But the fan is my favorite item on this site and I use tatsu a LOT XD

lol - I don't think it would get recolored because it's a CI unfortunately - but maybe they will come out with a new dragon item. I lovelovelove the dragon items so much! XD *uses them too much* XD
