Basically, it would be when I answer the phone and the person on the other end wants to make a payment. I can send that person to the billing department, assuming they have Nationwide insurance. It would be easier because then s/he does not have to wait for someone in the office (other than myself) to process everything and we don't take up an agent's time.

Poet: Lol, we don't have any part of the billing department. It's at Nationwide's main office. We're just a small, semi-independent broker. ^_^;
