I know I love that stuff. I can't believe I didn't realize I left that sitting there without noticing it. It must have been because my kitten was pestering me and getting in the way.

I’ve made something festive!

Category:Ornament
Description: Ribbon bell trees. They are made on foam craft cones. I cut strips of ribbon and folded them in half and then hot glued the tops onto the "tree". I then used large colored bells as the topper ^_^ I had made multiple ones for christmas gifts using variations with gold, silver, red, green, adn blue ribbon.
Entry:

I put these down as ornament since I didn't make a scene with them.
Umm, if you want it as a link instead of an image I will need someone to tell me how to change it. I'm bad at this kinda stuff :sweat:

Okay, the deadline has passed, so there won't be any more entries accepted after this post.

Thank you all for entering! I'll have the thread updated and send out remaining participation prizes today, with judging results to follow as soon as I am able to decide winners. I think I'll have to enlist some help for a couple categories. ;)

I didn't think these things would close until the same time the event ended. :gonk:
Didn't get the chance to put my stuff up. Been too busy with other stuff, and today I actually had the time. ><;;

Doh! I always have deadlines though Suona. I didn't think people would just assume there was no deadline and then be miffed that they missed it, but then if you aren't going to bother to read the front of the thread I guess there's nothing I can do to get that news across to you anyway. :lol:

That was pretty mean, Belly. :/ I had read the front, but it was awhile ago, and I was thinking it ended the same time the event was ending. I just remember it ended around that time, and was thinking it'd end then, too. Wasn't assuming you had no deadline, because I knew there was one, just wasn't expecting it to be so soon.

Aw, I wasn't being mean. I'm sorry you didn't like the closing time, but as you sounded genuinely offended in your original comment (or, complaint?) I also have to laugh because there's really nothing more I can do for folks than let them know ahead of time when I will be closing things down. It's right there in the front of the thread. I'm not laughing at you, I just think the situation is a bit silly. :lol:

The reason I can't let the deadline butt right up against the event close time is that I'm never really 100% sure what hour that will be. We make these threads in advance, and so we have to estimate. Since the whole forum is closed and moved to the archives the moment the event ends, I need to give myself enough time to answer questions and check entries in well before that, and I need to close the contest at an hour that I know I'll actually be online too. Does it help to know that?
