Poet feels about 35-40ish physically... poet is a little under half that

Funnily enough, whenever I go to the casino the security still check my ID and say it's because I look 18, I already thought it was weird when I was 21, I was already 27 the last time I went. Oh and I don't gamble I just go in to use the clean toilet and sometimes eat something they sell.

no one ever asks my ID in here.
Tho i bet it's because I work in the only night club in this town, so everyone kinda knows me. 8D

Haha poet was never carded because poet was a minor and was escorted to the food area with everyone else... never went back... too noisy

Where I live, there's pretty much the whole six degrees of separation thing, where there's bound to be someone who knows someone else you know, if that makes sense. And especially when you're in a minority group that's even more so the case within the minority group, no matter how many people there are within that minority group.

And people here tend to know your stuff better than yourself. D:

Hate that whole rumour spreading and gossiping that can happen, it always happens within smaller communities it seems.

Poet runs into them everywhere

It's unfortunate how when you tell a secret to someone who promises to keep it secret, they tell one other person and the chain of telling continues. I noticed this once when I told only one person something and soon heaps of others found out.

I kinda stopped caring in early stage of my life. :D

Oh, this was still back in high school, where there were a lot of people who I'd rather not know said secret.

When someone tells poet a secret poet keeps their mouth shut. If someone comes to poet for advice, if poet uses what they talked about as advice, poet keeps the person completely anonymous.

I also hate backstabbing people. D:

I never understand how loving kind people can be so vicious too... it's like they're nice one minute evil the next

In my case I had told the secret to a close friend, she didn't know what to do about it so she told someone else who wasn't so trustworthy, and word got out that way. I was friend with both these people but I forgave the first friend and am still friends with her to this day. the other person I no longer keep in contact with.
