Queen's Dining Car

Welcome to the Dining Car. Please feel free to order food and drink, stay for easy conversation. I'm very excited about this train ride and the event surrounding it. Been quite sometime since I've ridden a train for something other then work commuting. Such a wonderful diversion from the norm.

This is my first Christmas away from my family. It will be only my husband and I opening presents Christmas morning and to fill the time I will be posting here and chatting with everyone else, wishing them Happy Holidays and probably donating random gifts to friends.

To keep people having a good time and enjoying the event I am offering an avatar contest and a few raffles.

Befitting a train ride and one's traveling outfit, there is an avatar contest for best dressed Man and Woman.

There will be items offered up for raffle and announced here as they come available each day.
Please refer to post #3 for all rules regarding the raffle and procedures there of.

The link in my thread is for a separate raffle through my giveaway in that designated forum, if you're interested in participating in that raffle click the link and follow the instructions there.

All aboard and Welcome to the avatar contest for the best dressed Traveling Woman and Man.

1. Each person entering an avatar is allowed to submit a male and female outfit.
1a. When submitting the entry name the outfits FEMALE or MALE.
2. No mules are allowed to participate in this contest.
3. Entries need to be submitted by December 27th 12pm central standard time (USA)
4. Outfits will be voted on by the masses on December 28th.

Outfits will be displayed here in this post for everyone to see.

Raffle Rules and Regulation

1. Each ticket costs 10 gold a piece
2. Gold will be sent via the Donation button.
3. In the comment section please note how many tickets you want.
4. Include the item you are wanting the tickets for as there may be more then one being raffled at a time.
5. No mules will be allowed to participate in the raffles.
Items will be rotated in daily or every two days depending on demand for the item.

I have added the item that is being raffled off in this thread, Chilly the Polar Bear. And before people go off thinking that the item is lame, don't fret. There are others in my inventory, including a pair of Panda Slippers and a pair of Bee Slippers, also got the head phones to match each slipper. Might make those an extra item, we shall see.

Maiden, the amount you sent for the tickets, is that for the Golden Kisses Gown, or Chilly the Polar bear?

Maiden, right now that raffle has only two people participating in it so you do stand a 50/50 chance of winning the prize.
