Mother of God...I would have killed someone, Poet. Since there wasn't anything on the news about a mass murder of babies on a plane, I will safely assume you kept yourself in check. Noise cancelling earphones are the best thing ever invented in my opinion.

Sadly I do not own noise canceling headphones. But I managed somehow.

I decided to book a hotel for the first few days for some much needed sleep. Those beds are amazing. We watched a bunch of bob ross and anime, walked around, painted, and played with her kitties :D

Always a nice surprise when a hotel has decent beds that give you the sleep you crave. Sounds like a pleasant time spent with your SO.

It was very nice. Though of course she wanted to spend every possible moment awake and watching anime so not much sleep

Pretty much. My visit was one big birthday/xmas present for her so of course she wanted to milk it for all it's worth XD
