and *awwwwwwwwww* belly shot. <3 It's so round and cute and obviously a baby. Mine is still only somewhat round so depending on what I wear, I just look fat.

Well - it's obvious because I'm pulling the dress down :XD - sometimes I just look fat - depends on the shirt for sure.

I find that maternity clothes make me look more pregnant than regular clothes - which is kind of funny but I suppose that's the point, pregnant looking clothes that fit over the baby bump.

I've noticed that too. I shyed away from maternity clothes with my pregnancies. With this one I got a few things. xD I figured looking more pregnant when the dads were around would make them happy. Who wouldn't want to see their investment taking shape?
I've actually found yoga pants to be really comfy and I like wearing my long shirts still. Maternity shirts have a bunching thing at the side so your belly looks huge. xD Other shirts don't have that but I think they might shape the belly better... [/random]

I didn't buy any of the ones that bunch on the side- I don't like them - I more went for the ones with the tie or string just under the bust so it emphasizes the belly - kind of like am empire waist.

I also like that the maternity shorts are longer in the front

I always thought those emphasized the boobs. xD I got a couple of those types too...because my boobs look friggan awesome while I'm pregnant and for a few good months after-birth. Makes me feel pretty...and busty! lolz.

I fail at getting online. D:

I'm working in a new branch and it's super busy so I never get online during the day anymore - and my late nights are until 9 now so I cna't get on after work - and I'm always busy *pant*

But - I'm off from work today - car-less, and hanging out with window guys replacing some windows and a plumber so I can actually get online!! :squee:

So I thought i could update with a photo - here I am at 30 weeks (I really need to take another because I'm 34 weeks now and I'm pretty sure bigger already!) Only 6 weeks to go if this boy goes all the way.

Boys are attached to their mommies, he'll probably stay the entire 6 weeks to delivery. He ain't going to give up the free ride and warmth for the outside world

lol I believe that oys are more stubborn. Kura wanted out as soon as I said it was okay. (38 weeks for lung development!) I'm pretty sure Melody started labor for me with the twins since she was the one right there waiting to be born and Aaron was pretty angry about it afterwords, poor kid got forced out of his nice comfy home too soon. And Owen had to be induced out. Though, he wasn't really given a chance to come out on his own because of the risk to me and my scar from the twins c section. But he made it to 39 weeks no problem. Probably would have gone over if he had been given a chance! lol.
Granted I also know of a few boys that were delivered early, so yeah. I hope he takes it easy on you.

Woohoo for 6 more weeks!!

And it could happen before 40 weeks! Kura was born at 38 weeks, and still considered full term. On the early side of full term, but still there.
Owen was induced...but he was 39 weeks. :P

I called it - Baby!

His name is Harry Walter. He was born Sunday night (Halloween!) and was only 5lbs 4oz and about 18 inches long. Little guy indeed.

After being in labor and admitted to the hospital they did one last ultrasound and he was breech - so my natural birth plans went out the window and he came out vis c-section.

Here I am with him after I can feel my body again -

And here he is practicing Blue Steel

Little booger being breech. </3 But he's healthy and you should be recovering nicely by now. How are you feeling? You look way better than I did after the c-section so I can only hope that means you aren't dealing with random air pains in your body etc.
Congratulations!! I'm glad you're both (er all 3 of you since Chris looks well too) are doing well!

Oh I had the gas pains for sure. The photos are from before they made me get up and start moving the next day. :p

Dear god I think that first time they got me out of bed was the worst pain I've ever experienced.

Just got word that I'm being discharged today and Harry is cleared to go home with us!!!!!!!!

lol. They bribed me for a day before I actually got up and moved around. It hurt too much to move so I ignored them. They kept telling me they would take out the cathader if I got up...I was like lolz...why the hell would I want you to do that? Then I'll have to get up to pee! I don't think they liked me all that much, but I was in so much pain, I didn't like them much either!

Hurray for Harry coming home!!

I got up because I wouldn't of been able to see Harry if I didn't.

He had to be moved to the NICU that morning and that was far from where I was. I had to have the catheter out and be up and able to pee before they could move me to a room that was closer to him. I had some good motivation to work through the pain. :p
