RIDDLE #5

A man at the fair is passing by the weight guessing booth. He stops and sees that there is no scale. He asks the woman running the booth about this and she says, “I don’t need one. I know all my predictions are correct.”

“Oh really?” The man replies, an unbelieving grin on his face.

The woman removes a slip of paper from her coat pocket. “If I can write your exact weight on this piece of paper, you have to give me fifty dollars. But if I can’t, I will give you one hundred dollars.”

The man quickly accepts the bet, realizing that with no scale he can’t lose. Whichever weight the woman guesses he’ll just say he weighs more or less.

A minute later, the man storms away from the booth having had to pay the woman the fifty dollars. How did she win the bet?

She wrote "Your Exact Weight"

RIDDLE #6

A lone man was found dead in his car. He had been shot to death. There were no residual powder marks on his hands or clothing and there was no gun found inside the car, meaning the shot had to have come from outside the vehicle. Yet inspecting the car, there were no other bullet holes save for the ones in the man’s body. All the windows were rolled up and all the doors were locked. How was he murdered?

common sense isn't something that can be taught xD
