I am losing my mind!! :(

I created my dream avatar and I added the Gold Foil Wand.. It is really important to my whole outfit so I really want it...
I went to look for it in the marketplace, and I can not find it!! I googled it and couldn't find it! I have searched the forums and just... It seems to not exist anymore.

Please please please, tell me what item it is part of.

I really need this and would appreciate it so much if someone would tell me what it is.
