I've been..house cleaning, thinking of ways for foods..walking.. right this week i've been a bit lazy, which is bad on me as it'll set me back but meh..I'll try an dmake myself at least go outside tomarrow things depending..

I know how bad being lazy can be one a person. I have little uniforms for stuffed animals (treecats) that need to be made but I keep putting them off. which now I have realized is stressing me out but because I am stressed I cant sew them.

'blinks' okay then.. im not stressed, its more i just haven't been well enough to do a walk. that and before now it was to hot. of coruse now that it's cooler, and after the event im probably gonna poof and walk 'shrugs' as is i have until monday before i have to do anything..

thanks guys. my sister wants me to lose it like 'NOW' and its like 'mary, losing weight doesn't work like that, you put it on slowly over years, you take it OFF slowly over years. its not an over night thing' then agian she went and got a stomach operation.. so I just d unno..

she needs to realized that each body changes differently. just because you both are from the same mother dose not mean that your going to lose it as fast as she dose.

Yse also lose to fast it seems to come back just as fast + I am not wanting to do the stomach surgery it can be risky. If I git surgery I fixing my colon pains not fun.

I dont feel that the stomach surgery is the best way to go anyways. for some it may be needed but its not going to work for everyone.
