It is now day 7 and when the timer goes live I'm going to be putting up the other days again So that if you missed a day there's a last minute get them in chance :D

INGREDIENTS:

FOR THE GALAXY CHEESECAKE
3 blocks cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
3 large eggs
1/4 c. sour cream
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
pinch of kosher salt
Black, purple, blue and teal food coloring
Sprinkles, for decorating

FOR THE CRUST
15 graham crackers
6 tbsp. melted butter
1 tbsp. sugar
pinch of kosher salt

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 325º and grease a 8" or 9" springform pan with cooking spray.
Make cheesecake mixture: In a large bowl using a hand mixer, beat cream cheese and sugar until combined. Add eggs and beat until combined, then add sour cream, vanilla, and salt. Divide cheesecake mixture into four bowls.
Color each bowl with a different food coloring: black, purple, blue and teal. Stir until color is completely combined.

Make crust: Crush graham crackers and stir together with melted butter, sugar, and salt until completely moist.
Press graham mixture into prepared pan until packed.
Add spoonfuls of cheesecake mixture, alternating colors, until all used up. Run a knife through the colors to swirl.
Top all over with sprinkles.

Bake until slightly jiggly in the center, about 60 to 70 minutes.
Let cool 1 hour in oven, then refrigerate until completely cool, at least 4 hours and up to overnight.

The aliens have really out done themselves to end this party with a bang with a beautiful cake which represents all they have learnt about merkheti on their adventure together. However, cheeky xeox in her experimental nature decided to leave a surprise on the inside, a rainbow marbled filling!

oh yeah, i forgot about that!



it's sooo yummy. you have to have a sweet tooth for it, it's really sweet. it's kinda... caramel flavored? with flakeyness on the top and nuts on the bottom.

well i'm not fond of the ingredients or sweetness. but its one of those foods that i want to try once cause you can be surprised what you like when they're combined with other things. like hummus. holy cow do i love hummus now. and i can't stand garbonzo beans on their own.

Man, now i have to go look at pictures of tasty treats!! >.<

its a soft mushy cookie thats just super yummy

o-m-goodness!! Now i really want some oatmeal choco chip cookies. T-T i think my mom made cookies but she likes oatmeal raisin, and i hate raisins. >.>

me to. that's why i make mine with chocolate chips . :D
