Hi people! Your all talking about such sweet things. we got cake from whole foods recently I got the chocolate one with white frosting and cake frosting in the middle. it was really good! I still have some even.

My teachers buy us breakfast before our big Advanced Placement exams. Usually it's breakfast tacos but the economics teacher got us bagels. Tons of bagels! It was awesome.

i always start drinking ice water when it starts to warm up.
there will always be a gatorade/powerade bottle in my freezer,
half full and tilted to the side.
i fill it up with filtered water the moment i wake up.
then, i'm never without it all day long.
weird, aren't i?

Iroro: I knooow... But it's so hard to get motivated at home... When I was in my apartment, I'd walk over to the campus gym and be there for like at least 45 minutes a day.

Aww! That's sad because Little Caesars pizza only costs 5.99 for a Large Pizza. I'm just not sure if the flavor or recipe has changed since they came back, though. Ooo, I used to eat Domino's but their pizza is just eh. Papa Johns is good too! Their pizza is kinda like Pizza Huts but with more cheese. :drool:

i love strawberry lemonade slushies, watermelon, and ice pops. are the thing i start craving the most then there is the odd ones like hot tomato soup, and split pea soup, they have to be hot. pizza i crave pizza alot this time of year and my friends think thats weird but i know i am so thats nothing new.

I've always eaten healthily but it wasn't until I started exercising that I lost weight. :/

@ Algas; Yeah. Sometimes it takes a combination of the two for certain body types.
Mine goes either way, though.

@ Hataa; Hmmmsies. Well, if you eat fried food, you should take that out. If you eat a lot of sugar, cut that in half.
I can't say just going GREEN will do the trick because I've tried that and it made me ill. I can't say what will help because I don't eat Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner. I just eat when I want to eat and then I stop. I drink more liquids anyway. @ w @

Haha, yeah, that's the plan. I've stopped drinking soda and I'm trying to also get rid of juices and just drink water and a wee bit of milk for breakfast/ desert time. I'm the type of person to eat breakfast at 9-11 am, Lunch at 12-2pm, and dinner at 5-7pm. xD And I usually develop munchies at a lot of random times all day. I'm trying to drink more water since my thirst drive is really really really low (I used to not drink water unless I dry-gagged from lack of water... whoops...) and my body might be mistaking thirst for hunger. And I'm trying to exercise at least 30 minutes a day. OR AT LEAST a few crunches and running and walking.
