My mom is weird. She eats chocolate and potato chips together. o___o Kinda tasty....but so weird....

Lenna: There's an Asian Supermarket here in town that sells cornchips dipped in chocolate. I tried them on a dare once and they were actually kinda nice.

Stormiie: I wouldn't think you were lucky to be into chips instead. Chocolate can be good for a person in moderation, it helps stabalize moods and reduses Heart problems, but chips are just plain bad for you. they reduce down to pure glucose, i think it is, and then doesn't break down in your blood stream properly.
I don't eat them much because of it. There's a TV show here called "What's in our food" that looks into stuff like that. I also avoid all 'Sugar free' food items now, because the substitute that companies use instead of sugar is actually worse for you, and if you don't eat any real sugar, could kill you.

Over here we have a very popular chip brand called "Walkers" and the asked people to tell them flavours they would like to have on chips and they brough out six flavours for the public to try and vote for and one of the flavours was chilli and chocolate ....... YUK D:

There were other flavours,
Fish and chips,
Onion Baji,
Cajun Squrrial
Builders Breakfast
Duck in hoysin sauce

Shivvlan; I would say eating chips is healthier than eating chocolate for me because I have damaged lungs and I suffer from a small form of csystic fibrosis.
Some sugar free stuff isn't nice :/

Yeah...aspartame is not good...it doesn't even taste like sugar either. D<

I figure as long as you eat stuff in moderation, you ought to be okay. But moderation is super freaking important to it and stuff.

o_O well, i guess it would be for you then. ^_^ everyone is different.

And a chip company here did much the same thing. The Sour cream and Onion Dip flavour is okay; but i'm not going anywhere near the tomatoe sauce and mince pie flavour, or the minted lamb. There are others, but I forget and really, they're so bizarre i don't want to think of them.

@Lenna: It's awful stuff. I knew someone in HighSchool who lived on a constant diet of sugar free cola, sugarfree gum and potatoe chips. She got ridiculously sick for a year or so and nearly died; until someone suddenly realized it was the 'sugar free' that was killing her. And she still has health problems now because of it.

@Lenna: Some people just don't even try to eat well, even though it'll only take a few minutes longer in the kitchen. IT annoys me, especially when you realize whats in all those 'fast' foods poeple eat. Even the colorings have things in them that are harmful.
But I guess I can't really talk. I still occasionally eat potatoe chips, and drink fizzy drink. I just prefer a grainbread sandwich and a glass of water when I know that it's going to be better for me to spend 2 minutes longer on it; and I won't get hungry again 5-minutes later.
