The thread will use it on the devilish imp... but not the mayor. The thread has a crush on the mayor of our fine city.

HIM left a can of farts. He wants me to throw it at one of them if they show up. But the thread won't do that to Mr. Mayor. Sadly none of the NPCs have showed up in my thread this event.

I don't know what's going on, but whatever it was, you will soon see that it's dangerous to go alone and you should've taken this.

I've seen a few. I saw yumeh pawing around, channa, Emilio and also Madame rousseau.

I have meet Yumeh and Emillio. Got candy from Emillio. Oh and I've met Lise and got the bear head from her.
