Finally getting around to updating this. Yan is still being made, but he's starting to slowly take form and come to life.

To start things off I made my Yanament (aka yan ornament) a cute little Santa hat.


Once I was finished with that I started with the base making his legs and a red diaper for him to wear.


Next came the body and head.
