has anyone else heard of these books? i've only read the first book, and it's really good. i'm glad i ran across it in a thrift shop. once i started reading it, i couldn't take my nose out of it.

for anyone who hasn't heard of this books series, it's a vampire story. it's really funny and has a good story. i would highly suggest it to anyone. if you don't like bloody stories, don't worry, it's not that bad.

i don't know if there's that many books or not, but i know that there are at least 2 books. i'll have to look that up in a few minutes.

i just looked it up, there are 3 books out now and the fourth should be coming out pretty soon. i found a site that i think is by the author, and she put something like "who wants an advanced copy of the fourth book". that was only posted a few days ago, too. so, it must be coming out soon.
i have sooooo gotta read the rest of the books!!! =>w<=

the third one came out last summer, I think the forth will next summer. I can't wait. I'm almost done with the third book, so I may have to finish finding all of the Cirque Du Freak books while waiting. I'm working of making a series to publish online that I hope will have a similar effect on readers.

I love that book, I've read and own both "Eigth grade bites" and "Ninth grade slays" I've been told there's a tenth grade one but I have yet to see it, but I am looking for it lol.

I'm glad other have heard of this book, 'cause around where I live, I've introduced it to others and got them hooked.

A friend of mine introduced it to me and I was hooked hehehe. I've read the first and second of the series but I've not found the third one around where I live. I'd love to read it though >.<
Also, I agree about making a movie. Some books would be hard to make a movie about but this series wouldn't be exceedingly difficult. Not many things would have to be changed or added either.

I'm in love with Vladimir Tod. Heather Brewer's impeccable writing hits deep with me. Has anyone yet read 11th Grade Burns? I reserved a copy and finished it by the 10th and would enjoy having a conversation about it. ♥

Reading the name Vladimir Tod gives me an impression of a vampire fox, which is actually quite fetching, really. I bet if I google this to find out what it's about I'll be disappointed though. Vampire foxes are hard to come by. D=

Actually just last Monday I read the first in the Vladimir Tod series. I liked it and had been meaning to for quite a while once i started it though I finished it in one sitting. I think the titles could be better, but the writing is easy to follow and well the book is an overall fun read. ^_^ (Hope to read the others soon)

OH MY GOD I love that series!!!!

The bad part is that the library doesn't have it (gasp) and my mom doesn't see the logic behind buying books.

So. I need to convince her. Or get a ride from my friends or something

I love the books!! heather brewer is an awesome writer. i got 11th grade burns the first day it came out. Have you seen the cover for the 12th grade kills? It's on heather's website. Personally, i like the cover for 12th grade kills the most!

i agree, the should make a movie. just to make it clear there are 5 books total: eight grade bites, ninth grade slays, tenth grade bleeds , eleventh grade burns, and twelvth grade kills. Twelvth grade kills is not in stores yet. i think it comes out in like september. I really enjoyed all the books and would like to read the last one. for anyone who hasn't read the series i would recommend that they do. I found all the books at Books.a.Million. If you have one where you live i would look there.

Miranda, there's really no point in posting in both of the threads.

Which I merged, considering we're suppose to have one thread per book and whatnot.
