Aw I wonder if its cause of rain coming form up north. in your state as well? in my state it was raining up north. the other day we got it today and last night it was dry for them. so it should be dry for us tonight over here.

I think we live close enough that we get a lot of the same weather.

I just got my results from my first French test back... I got a D. Faints

However, I'm able to retake a portion of it. Luckily, it's the part that I lost the most points in. I just need to study it this week until the retake opens in the testing center. Does anyone have any advice on practicing?

I know when I was in spanish classes, I was forced to join a site and talk to native speakers. If you're advanced enough, just interacting with the French language, movies, people, should help.
Other than that....flashcard.
I didn't have good study habits in school.

If you have a smart phone you can download. Bussu app are Duolingo app it dose help they use flash cards. even ask you write a sentence in the Language your learning. their are native speakers on both app's that. will help you out with the sentence's or if you miss spell a word wrong.

Ah, I think Duolingo might be what I used before. I don't have strong memories of that class though. I barely passed.

I use both app's but I try learn at lest three languages. Dutch,Japaneses and french dutch cause I have family that can speak it. french cause my mom's side of family has a little french in them. Japaneses for my own reason's

I'm actually using Duolingo and another app that's called Lingodeer just for Japanese. I only study that in my spare time, and just learning hiragana is really hard.

And actually, Hummy both of the apps are free if you want to try it out. We could be study buddies~!

I never heard of Lingodeer before is it good?

A professor at my college highly recommended it for Asian languages. He actually travels to Japan yearly, so I would assume he's the best person to get advice from short of an actual Linguist.

I also really like that it doesn't have an XP system like Duolingo, instead, it tracks the time you spent on the lessons. So you can either spend anywhere from 10 minutes to half an hour a day, instead of trying to reach an XP amount like on Duolingo.

I mean, I have an app on my phone called eggbun for learning Korean, but I kinda never started after downloading it... XD

Hey, I've tried that app before! For about... two seconds. The newsletters they send on Japanese culture are pretty cool, though. Maybe once I know hiragana better, I'll try it.

My roommate was doing it for a while and have a lot of the hangul written down in a notebook. I really should do the lessons because if she's gonna learn Korean, I have to as well.

Dang Taiyo how much snow did yeah get? But ugh it's raining over here again dang weather.

We had a couple systems blow through the past two days; one dumped almost a food of snow (the library was closed because of the weather), and last night we got about an inch or so. And there's more on the way still.....
