My ears are pretty bad too most of the time. I don't get colds hardly at all but I do get ear infections quite a bit.

Are you very tall?

I'm short and I have this problem. Though it's probably because my inner ear is messed up. I often fall over to one side while standing straight.

It's about Average height for males, I think.
I went from being about 140cm to 180 in the course of a few months. That was annoying.

Nope. No growing pains, no extra food. School ended at the end of november one year, I was looking up to see people. School started end of Jan the next year, I was looking at eye height. It took me a little while to get used to that.

Nope with the inner ear damage once it's' been done your pretty much stuck with it unless there is some sort of expensive surgery I don't know about.
