Subtle Knife is also very good! I own Golden Compass, Subtle Knife and and Amber Spyglass, all very good reads! I would recommend them all!

I have a long list in Knerds challenge thread, but I have taken a break for listening to Emma to listen to Never make a Black Woman Take off her Earrings. It is by Tyler Perry. (Medea) It is perhaps the funniest thing ever. I just love t, and will be very sad when it ends. Really very very sad.

I'm actually finishing off the Fourth Edition Monster Manual for Dungeons & Dragons. As soon as I can get the new Forgotten Realms rule book, that will be the next one on my list.

I am currently reading a sociolinguistics text book and the play Uncle Vanya, which are both very dry. For personal reading I've got A Clock Work Orange but haven't had time for it since the end of the holidays :(

This is funny, because one of the books i'm reading is the same as thread starter's; alice's adventures in wonderland and through the looking glass:what alice saw. i finished wonderland, and i have to start the looking glass. i am also in the middle of 1984, and started an adaptation of dante's inferno. so far, so good XD

I am currently reading The Remarkable Life and Times of Eliza Rose by Mary Hooper.
I recently finished another book by her, so I'm thinking she's going to be one of my favourite authors. xD

Right now I'm reading death note, it's a manga, which is Japanese comics, that's been translated into english.

At the moment I am reading To Reign in Hell and Rashomon. After that I think I am going to hop into World War Z, because my boyfriend keeps going on and on about it. XD

I'm currently reading Dune, by Frank Herbert. I plan on reading through the entire series and hopefully finishing the main series (Dune-Chapterhouse) before starting on the prequel books that were co-written by his son, then reading the concluding trilogy also co-written by his son.

Heh, it's a pretty big project, but I'm hoping to finish all 16 books (I think?) before the end of the year.
