I'm revising for my last ever university exam... 3 essays in 3 hours, on the American Gothic.
I'm hoping to get my grade back, soon, for the last paper I wrote - on Faulkner.

Pearl- a research paper. my topic is if guns on campus is a good idea, trying to persuade that it isn't.

I agree that guns in school is just not right.

it could just cause so many unwanted problems. most of us think as college as a safe haven, and by allowing students to conceal carry it brings the potential of danger.

Exactly. That's just insane. You shouldn't have to worry about anything at school other than getting an education - that alot of people are paying hard earned money on -

so i went out to cover some of my plants, we are in another hard freeze warning. ugh. wish this cold weather would stop. it's starting to mist, we are supposed to get snow. xP haven't decided if i should cover my honeysuckle as well or let it fend for itself.

I feel that guns shouldn't be allowed in schools period. Not even by the officers. But I mean people break the laws all the time. People will do what they want. But rule wise, no they should not be on school campus.

so a lady called about the sister kitties! they'll be going to a shop setting, which i think would be perfect since they like to potty in the house. the lady wants them to catch mice.

Well the lady never showed up. Maybe i'll call her back tomorrow and see if she wants me to bring them her. ;) Hubby will throw a fit again, but it needs to be done.

I met with the head of the RT department today and I've decided it's not for me. The people in the English department are really nice and I feel like they are telling me that's where i need to be. So i'm going to take the plunge and major in English. ^.^ There's a lot of jobs i could have with that, such as working in Human Resources or go into the law part as a paralegal. I just don't think i'm cut out for healthcare. I'd rather be at the computer typing.

Yes we did get snow! We are in another freeze advisory tonight, so i'll have to go out and cover my lilacs and rose bush again.

yes i am. i work on immigration matters. essentially it is a lot of paperwork, emails, phone calls, writing. you will be in contact with clients on a daily basis and communicating with them the information that they need. as long as you are organized, you can do the job. ;)

oh wow and now it's suddenly snowing?

wow that sounds fun! i love paperwork. and i can be really organized when i want to be.
