Aww, I think they're too cute.
This is tough seeing as I don't want to over price your art, but I also don't want to over price it.
I'd have to say..... around..
2oog - 4oog.
Sorry it's so broad, but factors in the price should be not only the final product but, effort put in, and weather you feel like doing them or not. In those times (keep it around 400g which will discourage some users from ordering at that time).

Popcorn gives you very good advice. I think you should keep around that price range *nods* or you could give multiple prices for like head, bust, full body etc..
