Cathrin KittyKat
Class: Seductress assassin.
Powers: Cat like reflexes and cat senses. She is very agile and quick on her feet. She has wonderful hearing thanks to her cat like ears. She has enhanced vision and strength. She is also gifted in magic making her a wonderful choice as a ally.

Weakness: Kat or Kitty has a weakness for children and innocent people. Believe it or not she doesn't like hurting those who are innocent. She has a large soft spot for children and can't stand to see a child in pain of any kind. She also has a weakness for kittens and other animals. It could be said her weakness is her own heart.


Story: Kat has been waiting for the person who is to be her master. Unlike others of her kind she hasn't found the one person who can unlock her full powers yet. Kat is only one of numerous beings like herself. They came to earth millions of years ago and formed a special bond with certain humans. It's said that every human has a summoner that is born to it. However over the years the bonds have started to fade. Those humans who can still bond with one of her kind are rare and sought after. Not all humans who can form bonds are good. One such human has made it his life's work to kill other human bloodlines that hold great power to bond. In doing so he hopes to stop any other human rising up and stopping his goal of owning every being like Kat.

However Kat is a special being even among her own kind. She is one of the few that managed to travel to earth without a human's help or being summoned. Unlike most of her kind she is neither good nor evil. She is what she wishes to be when she wishes to be it. Her power is stronger than most of her own kind. This had put her as the number one target for the evil human. Imagine if he had such a being as her on his side and under his control.

Masha

Class: Dragon Master/ Shadow Hunter
Power: Masha is a dark based Summoner. She had dark powers and is also a master at taming other beast. She has high combat ability and can call monsters she had fought to the battle field. If any Summoner is dragon based it will not attack Masha. It will break it's bonds with it's own Master if Masha commands it to do so.
Weakness: Holly Light from a winged Summoner.
Story: unknown it's rumored she is the Queen of Dragons. She had been nothing but Myth for years.

Oreius

Class: Enchanter
Powers: Oreius can use his flute to summon different attacks. He can summon plants, and rocks at his will. He can also summon magma from the earth making him rather powerful. He can also make metal take any form he wishes. In battle he can be used for support and make enchanting armor that nothing can penetrate other than a supper powerful attack from a dark dragon.
Weakness: Oreius isn't a physical Summoner. With out his magic and abilities he is open for attacks. Keeping him safe and behind another Summoner in battle is a must.
Story: unknown. Is said to be a Myth.

Rook
Class: Master
Things you should know: Rook like most summoners has powers of his own. However not much is known about his powers. He is one of the few summoners who has survived up to this point. Unlike most he knows about the secret world that most humans are unaware of. He also knows about Kitty and her kind.

Story: Rook is one of the few survivors of the secret war on humans and their summoner counterparts. He was raised with the summoner's and has even been to their world. For all his knowledge though he has no summoner of his own. He has many friend summoners but none of them have been able to form a bond with him as his true summoner could. Rook has been battling secretly with a few friend summoner's to try and fight the evil human and save lives. He had been following rumors of a special Summoner hoping to make her his or to gain her help in this war.

Summoners:

Mora
Class: Elemental master and puppet Master
Powers: She has the powers over the elements can use any element at will. She also has the ability to take over the actions of other summoners if she chooses to. Her hidden ability is Nora's song and can heal anything.

Weakness: Darkness and Rook



Lor
Class: Warrior /mage
Powers: He has the power of all elements and can preform powerful attacks with them. He is a harden warrior and his skill are deadly. To send him into battle is to declare death on your enemies.

weakness: Rook he can't stand for his master to be in pain or harm.

Story: Lor is one of the special Summoners. He is one of the strongest warriors of the warrior class. To send him into battle means your planning on winning the battle at all coast. Once Lor goes into battle it's hard for him to stop until no one is left standing.

Zain Gnash
Class:Master
Powers: Full powers are unknown. Some how he has managed to capture Summoners and can form bonds with them.
Weakness: His beloved sister.

Story: Zain is a power hungry master. He has made it his lives work to hunt down every human bloodline with the capacity of forming strong bonds with summoners and ending them. No one is sure what happen to him to cause this. But the few who knew him before the sudden madness would have never in a million years seen him as the monster as he is today. He has capture numerous summons and will not be happy until the most powerful among them are his to command.

Emporium
Class:warrior
Powers: currently unknown

Emporium has been with Zain since his birth. The two formed a strong bond almost instantly. Believe it or not he does not agree with what Zain is doing and rarely is every sent into battle. Since the sudden madness he hasn't been seen publicly. Many wonder if he even lives. Emporium is one of the most powerful Summoners however he refuses to use his full powers for anyone. It's said that he once loves a lovely human women and been hers before her sudden death.



Puppet Master
Class:Manipulating Support
Powers: Not much is honestly known. Other than it seems at his will he can control any Summoner.
Weakness: He loves beautiful girls and hates to see beautiful dolls broken. It's said seeing a broken doll can send him into a rage of shorts.

Story: Master as many call him is a very odd summoner. Not much is honestly known about him. Other than one day he appeared and Zain started to act very different from his normal self. Since his appearance Emporium hasn't been seen.

Powers: Lava can cause great earthquakes and massive damage. He can produce flames hot enough to melt most rocks at will. He also can summon magma from deep within the earth to use in battle.
Bio: Lava was sent to find any human masters left by Zain. He was destroyed by the mysterious KittyKat.

Rockrus (Dead)

Class: Brawler
Powers: Rocrus is a hard hitting Summoner. It has a bad attitude to match it's rough appearance. It's outer armor is imperturbable to most things. The only thing that will weakling this heard head is a strong water summoner.

Things you should Know: Garrett is somewhat new to this experience. He heard about it and and then read up on it, but he wanted to do more. He wanted to actually experience it all.

Story: Garrett was raised on the streets, if you can even call it being raised. Better said, he grew up in the streets, street rat was what people would call him. He wouldn't have it any other way except that now he is aware that there are actually some summoners left in the world. He had thought them all dead and was surprised to hear that they existed. He knows it's rare to find one but he still wants to try.

Aria

Class: Bird of Light

Powers: Light

Weakness: Darkness

Nimpa
Class: Sea Witch
Powers: Water. Can control bodies of water and tends to act on the defensive.
Weakness: Children. Something about harming children saddens her. If she hurts a child she retreats from battle.


Quoll
Class: Winged Serpent
Powers: Wind. Can control the wind and can slam its tail onto opponents.
Weakness: Thunder and dark magic can seriously hurt him.

KittyKat

Kitty move through the streets as she used the shadows to do so. She wasn't looking for attracting much attention from the locals. This was her second week on earth and she had learned a lot since being here. Kitty had learned how to use the shadows and back ally ways to move through the strange land. She kept her eyes open knowing that Zain would be here soon enough. She didn't understand honestly why the human was doing what he did. She had also heard rumors of the strange Summoner he now boasted to his collection. The summoner was known as the puppet master. A title that she didn't like at all. She had heard rumors that the summoner was able to control summoners like her at will. Kitty wasn't one for being controlled.

She had left her home in the hopes of find her human. She had prayed that she would find a strong regal master. One befitting her. She was one of a kind and prayed her master would be as well. She was strong enough even with out a master to shift from worlds and to defeat more than half the other Summoners. Kitty moved landing on a fire escape as she peered down at the ally way. The air was cold and snow was starting to fall. It made Kitty shiver a little. She looked around wanting something to eat.

ROOK

Rook looked across the massive city as he heard a soft sound behind him. " Mora we have to find that Summoner. If we don't the world will fall to Zain's hands. I don't want anymore hurt because of him. I couldn't image losing you or Lor. " He said as the beautiful female being looked at him with compassion and knowing. She leaped into the air vanishing into the snow clouds. Suddenly a faint blue light appeared in the city that only Rook could see. Mora was using her powers to help locate the Cat summoner. He leaped from the tall building as he suddenly soared upward. Rook had special powers even among masters. He could fly thanks to his strong mental abilities. And he could sense other summoners with the help of his blue crystals and his own Summoners. He flew up into the clouds quickly finding his beloved Mora. He smiled as he saw her point down at the black and white figure that was coming into view.

" Cathrin." He said as he saw the summoner he had been searching for. He was impressed with her honestly she was one of the few he knew could go between worlds without a human master to lend her power to do so. "Strange honestly to have such abilities without a master Mora." He said as he looked to Mora.

Mora

Mora looked down at Cathrin as she smiled softly. " It's not so odd Master. Just like humans we to have variety and differences in ourselves. There are some that are good and those that are evil. Cathrin is a young summoner and her powers are most impressive. But it's her heart that is even more impressive. She has no clear side in this war but if a innocent was in danger she would protect them. However adding her will be hard master. Even as a friend it will be hard. She has her own goals master and those are what she will put her power and efforts for.

Garrett looked up at the sun, shielding his eyes with one hand while holding his lit cigarette in his other hand and took a long drag form it, letting out a sigh and watching the smoke flow out of his mouth. Today seemed like any other regular day but people seemed on edge. Talk about some evil summoner was out of everyone's lips that morning. "This Zain guy must be very special." Garrett said to himself as he started walking down the sidewalk. This probably wasn't the first time Zain was mentioned but it was the first time he ever bother to pay attention to what others were saying. From what he heard, Zain wasn't very well liked. People spoke his name with fear in their eyes, saying that if he had his way they would all perish under his hand. Garrett wondered if he lived close by or if he lived far away. Surely if he lived here they would be hiding in fear no? So perhaps he lived far from here, maybe he was on his way over here though. He wasn't sure but he didn't want to look stupid and ask.

KittyKat

Kat looked up as she felt something strange in the air. She looked around her fur was standing on end something evil was near. The air suddenly had the smell of death on it. The sky suddenly turned dark as she felt fear for the first time in a long time. She turn her attention to the sky as she saw a black mass in it and suddenly it plummeted to earth. Kat could tell this was a evil Summoner. She heard screams from where it made impact. She stared in horror a the blast radius became engulfed in fire. She felt anger rise in her as she suddenly leaped into the air and quickly made her way to where the monster had fallen. She looked around at all the damage it had done on just entering the earth. She froze as she saw small children screaming from pain as the monster rose reveling it's self. Kat quickly appeared before the small children as she helped them to safety. She turned as she glared at the massive worm like monster.
The monsters appear
Lava rose as it looked at the one summoner who dared to challenge it. The Puppet Master had summoned it to earth on Zain's behalf to track down other Master humans and to kill them. He had not expected to find such a stupid Summoner. He found that the cat women's power level was zero. She was way out of her league if she thought she could take him on. He was a master class destroyer. He couldn't find any information on this summoner. Not even what class she was. He laughed as he suddenly dove into the ground and surfaced in flames trying to find the human masters he was after. The cat women was not his concern.

He located a smell of a strong master. He quickly dove under the earth causing massive earthquakes as he moved beneath the earth. He surfaced in flames as he found the human that the sent belong to. He let out a massive roar as he stared at the human. The man looked like a normal street human but he could smell the power in the man's blood. Zain would want his head as proof. Lave roared as he leaned back to unleash his lava attack on the man.

Rook hovered in the sky hidden by the clouds as he watched the massive beast appear out of thin air in the human world. He felt fear as he watched the monster. " So it begins." He said as he watched the female summoner he had been tying to find appear. He watched her interest as held out his arm to stop Mora from engaging in battle with Lave the massive worm. He could see the monster was a master class destroyer. There was no human master with it witch bothered Rook more. This was a rogue monster sent here for a purpose. He flew in the sky keeping up with the worm as it made it's way and surfaced again this time in front of a odd looking man. The man didn't look like anything special but neither did Rook. He was ready to defend the man when the Cat women appeared.

"Hey! No one ignores me!!!" Kat screamed as she appeared from the sky having followed the massive worm the entire time. Her eyes glowed red as her temper rose. " You made your worst mistake daring to ignore me! You will pay!" She screamed out at the worm as her body suddenly had a red aura around it. The aura was growing in color and brilliance. She closed her eyes as she let her anger build suddenly the debris from the area started to float int mid air as a invisible fore-filed formed around the area locking the worm in with just Kat. The flames started to circle around the area showing the fore-filed. It looked like a large sphere of fire and debris. Lave looked suddenly confused and scared as Kat's aura grew even more suddenly reveling a hint of her true power level.

Kat open her blood red eye's as she gave Lave a wicked grin. " You picked the wrong place to appear! I am KittyKat and you will pay for what you have done here!" She screamed as she lapped into the air suddenly a purple aura suddenly coming from her body as she was jolted forward through Lava's open mouth. Suddenly Lava' screamed as Kat exited through a new hole she made herself landing on the ground as the monster screamed in pain and suddenly exploded. Kat closed her eyes as the pieces of the monster fell to the ground. She held up her hand as the sphere from it's body floated to her. It suddenly vanished in her body upping her own power levels. Kat open her eyes as the force field vanished. So did the aura around Kat. Once again her power level read zero for any Summoner or Master that was looking at her.

Garrett put out his cigarette on a random alleyway wall. He grew up on these streets, he knew his way around this place better than most. He could take you places even blindfolded. Okay maybe not but he would try. It was somewhat chilly out today which he liked. If only it was raining. "That would be my kind of day. A cold, rainy day." he said to himself. The day was calm for the most part, that is, until he felt the earth tremble beneath him. Garrett's golden eyes widened as he turned around and watched as something jumped out from under the ground. People started screaming and were running away in hopes of reaching some sort of safety for the day. "What the?!" he gasped and watched in horror as the worm monster prepared to attack him. Garrett closed his eyes and awaited death but it never came. Opening his eyes, he saw, not a monster, but a lovely cat lady who he had never seen before. She looked as if nothing had ever happened. As if she hadn't just saved the entire town from total destruction. "T-thanks...I guess.." Garrett said. He wasn't sure what to say to her, but he did need to tell her thanks for saving his life.

Rook appeared from the sky as he feel to earth along with Mora. He couldn't lose this chance to speak with the cat women summoner. He landed gracefully before the enchanting women. He had watched her and she had confirmed his suspensions. She wasn't a normal summoner by any means. She was powerful enough to mask her true power. The summoner Lave hadn't even noticed she was masking her true power levels until it was to late and for a moment when her aura turned purple did a hint of her true power reveal it's self. Rook had been on this summoner's trail for a while. She wasn't like any summoner he had every met or heard of. He knew that Mora with her powers was nothing compared to this cat women. If he wanted to stop Zain this one Summoner he felt was the Key. He had a feeling she was one of the few that couldn't be tamed by the Puppet Master summoner that Zain had acquired somehow.

"Mora use your hidden ability and help these people." He commanded as he watched Mora closed her eyes and suddenly a bright light came from her the sky suddenly turned to a bright blue a strange glowing symbols appeared in it as Mora started singing. Suddenly all the damage from the worm monster vanished. Everything went back to how it was. It looked as if the monster had never been there. Mora stopped her song as the sky suddenly returned to normal the strange glowing symbols vanished. He looked to KittyKat as he watched Mora suddenly jump in front of him in a protective manner.

" What? Ah a Master. " Kat said as she focused on the strange man that dared to stand before her. She watched in amazement as the damage vanished. She looked to the strange Summoner that suddenly jumped in front of her human master protectively. She rose a brow as she crossed her arms in front of her chest and waited to see what the human man had to say to her .However something was wrong. Kat hit the ground suddenly as she looked to her arms and side. She stared in horror as large gashes appeared in them and bad burns. Kat had taken some damage from the monster. She hadn't expected this. The burning was the worst and made her close her eyes from the pain. She had been through worse but it still hurt.

Mora held out her arm to Rook as she shook her head staring at KittyKat. " No, don't rush to help her. This will be your only time to form a bond with her. " Mora said as she held out her other hand to KittyKat. Suddenly Blue glowing strings appeared around KittyKat's body. Mora stared at KittyKat as the glow brighten around the cat women making her scream out in more pain. As Mora tried to form a bond with her for her Master. Mora knew talking would get no where with this summoner. She knew that they only change they had of forming a bond with this summoner was while she was distracted with her pain from her wounds. If she was fully healed they couldn't form a bond even with Lor's help she feared.

"Mora please stop! She is already in pain! I don't want to cause her more pain! Mora why are you doing this to her?" Rook asked as he moved to beside of Mora honestly worried about what Mora was doing. " I want to befriend her not capture her like this!" He said as he watched Mora shifted her eyes to him in surprise. " Stop it! Your no better than that damn Puppet Master of Zains if you do this to her now! We aren't like that monster!" He said as he turned in time to see the cat women's eyes suddenly flash a bright red. Before purple lighting followed the bath of the blue glowing strings to Mora sending her to the ground screaming in pain. " Mora!" He screamed as he wrapped his arms around her screaming out as the purple lighting surrounded his body along with Mora's. Suddenly it stopped as he still held tightly onto Mora. He looked at her making sure she was ok as he looked up seeing the Cat women staring at him.

" I am no one's to tame!" Kat shouted to Mora as she looked to Rook himself. She stared into his eyes as she not knelt on the ground the strings gone from around her body. The pain from them gone now. She tried to breath normally but the burning from her wounds from the worm monster still caused her great pain. She had taken more damage than expected from it as she tried not to show how much pain she felt at the moment. " You could have been Killed. Why did you protect her?" Kat said looking at Rook. " You aren't a smart Master are you? Your the one that's been following me. I have no intent of joining this war. I am no one's to tame understand me boy? I am Cathrin KittyKat and I will join whatever side my Master chooses. I will find my master and he is the only person I will bond with. If your little pet tries that little stunt again, I'll kill her and take her power for my own. Stop following me boy. Death follows you boy and those with bonding blood. I have to find my master before it's to late. I know my master is still out here. I wont stop until I find them!" She said as she tried to stand up. However she suddenly hit the ground hard as she closed her eyes from the pain again. The pain was getting worse.

Rook stared at Kat hearing what she said. He looked down at his poor Mora. She was out cold and he could tell that it was going to take days for her to recover if she did. The women wasn't lying that much he knew. She making him a promise. If Mora tried again he knew that Kat would keep her promise and would Kill Mora. He picked Mora up in his arms as he thought about what Kat said. He looked at her in the eyes. " That's what drove you to break the barrier and come to Earth? Your looking for your Master?" He said as he looked at her. She believed so strongly that she had a Master he didn't have the heart to tell her that most of the humans where dead that could make bonds with summoners like her. He frowned as he looked to his beloved Mora. " Summons's aren't suppose to be here. That was a master class you must be a child summoner or you would have known that the fire that comes from Lave or the worm monster you killed is hot enough to melt most rock. Fighting it as you did was careless on your part. Look how badly you are injured. You did a good thing by saving the people here." Rook said as he saw the pain in her eyes from her wounds. " You need water to help with the burning and a healing summoner. Those wounds are only going to get worse. If Mora wasn't in her current condition we could have used her. " He said as he looked up seeing Garrett there.

" The monster it said something strange to you didn't it." He said to Garrett. "Could it be? Could you be another Master? I thought Zain had already killed all the Masters here on earth." He said as he looked back to Kat. " We need to find her help fast." He said knowing that her wounds where only going to get worse untreated. " If you want to help her pick her up and let's find somewhere where no one else here will see her and get some water on her wounds." He said looking to Garrett.

Garrett watched the battle unfold before him and he watched in a daze. He wanted to run, he wanted to run but he couldn't. His legs were paralyzed at the moment. He should have been dead, but this cat lady saved his life and now some other lady was hurting her even more than she was. It was all confusing since it all happened in such a short amount of time! Now the cat lady was screaming in pain and it was angering him. "H-hey! Stop it already!" he yelled at the other girl. The male at her side was yelling at her and that comforted him a little. He flinched and fell backwards when the cat lady threw the others away from her in what he assumed was anger. Hey, she had every right to be angry after the pain the other lady had put her through.

Cathrin KittyKat, that was her name and she was in search of a master? He knew what masters were, they controlled the summoners. So she was a summoner, the other male clearly wanted to have her as his own but little kitty had said no. When Cathrin hit the floor, Garrett quickly made his way over to her and looked up when he heard the male speak. "The monster? Uhh...n-no I didn't hear him say anything." he answered and shrugged. "I don't know what I am, I don't feel special at all to be a master even though I've always wanted to. Not that anyone cares." he stated honestly. He did want to help, so when the male ordered him to pick her up. Garrett quickly but carefully picked up Cathrin in his arms.

Suddenly as Garrett touched Kat a bright light surrounded them. As it faded Garrett marking on his arm glowed brightly. Suddenly the same markings appeared on Kat's arm the burns and injuries vanishing from her body. Kat seemed to suddenly relax in Garrett's arms as she slept peacefully it seemed. Kat felt safe and happy as she felt warm snuggling up against something warm. As she slept she dreamed peaceful dreams none witch had to do with Zain and his war.


Rook stood there as he saw the light and then Garrett's marking on his arm glowing. He watched as those same markings appeared on KittyKat's arm. " No way, your her Master?" He said as he stared at the man in disbelief. He wasn't really sure what to say or do. The summoner had been right her Master was out there but he had never heard of a Master and Summoner bonding like this. The bond had to be strong for a simple touch to bind them together like that. KittyKat must have really wanted to find her Master and the guy must have really wanted to be a Master. Rook stared at Garrett as he tried to figure out what to say.

Garrett was surprised to see that his tattoo started glowing. "What the?" he started and looked at the male. "I...I don't know." he answered. He was honestly confused just as this man was. "I...I have always wanted to be a master but I didn't think I'd find a summon so soon. I thought you had to work to get a summon, this was much too easy so I don't think it means anything...does it?" Garrett asked and looked down at Cathrin who seemed visibly relaxed now in his arms. Her injuries were now gone and in their place was a marking just like his tattoo. Maybe becoming a master wasn't so hard like he had thought. "No way..." he said to himself. Cathrin was his summon?! Garrett looked at the male, maybe he would be able to explain all of this to him since he wasn't understanding what had just happened. This day was far from ordinary it seemed. If Cathrin really was his summon, that meant he could possibly get more summons in the future tight?

Rook looked at Garrett as he sighed and looked to Mora. " Why don't we go somewhere out of public eye. I assume you know some where we could let them both sleep. Remember most human's aren't use to Summoner's. They will view them as monsters, demons, or some gods. It would be best to try and keep ours out of sight for as long as we can. Apparently Zain has no intention of keeping this war in the Summoner realm. Come on let's find some where privet and I'll do my best to explain what I can. I have a feeling your going to have your hands full with that Summoner. I believe any man would." He said looking to KittyKat.

"I do." Garrett answered and nodded. It was understandable to be seen as a monster when no one understood what you were. People always did that, it was their way of feeling better about themselves. Almost like a coping or defensive mechanism that the human body automatically went to. "Follow me." he said and motioned for the male to follow him as he quickly headed farther into the secluded parts of the city. It was his favorite place to go because people never really came this far into the city. The people preferred to stay in the popular places of the city. "Zain, he's the bad guy right? He's the one other people want to stop." Garrett commented. When Garrett reached a secluded spot he was happy with, he carefully set Cathrin down on the ground and looked over at Rook. "This will be fine." he said to him. "Well then, I guess I should introduce myself now right? That's what people usually do." he started and sighed. "I'm Garrett, nice to meet you I guess." Garrett said quietly.

Rook looked at Garrett as he heard him and nodded his head in agreement. " Yes Zain is the bad guy I'm afraid. " He said as he looked around the place and then stood once he placed Mora down using his jacket as a pillow for her before turning and facing Garrett. He held out his hand to Garrett as he spoke. " I'm Rook and it's a pleasure to meet you. Really it is honestly I wasn't sure there where that many of us left thanks to Zain. I guess you want answer as you should." He said as he smiled.
" Summon's are what we call beings like Mora and KittyKat there." He said pointing to each one as he said their names. " Not every human can form a bond anymore with a summoner. I wont get into the history just yet. Master is what we call human's like me and you. That light that you saw that made your marking there glow is called bonding. It means you have formed a bond with KittyKat. It also means that KittyKat will fight for you in battle. By touching her and forming a bond you have awaken your own powers. Each Master has their own power, their own style, and their own summoners. " He said not sure if he should go on or not.

Garrett shook Rooks hand and listened carefully to all of this new information he was learning. "I see, so I'm a master and KittyKat here is my summoner?" Garrett asked, wanting to make sure he was understanding all this. If what Rook said true, then now this girl, KittyKat would follow him around and do as he said. It was odd to know you had so much control over a person, it felt slightly wrong but at the same tome he was excited to see just what he could do. Rook had mentioned he had now awakened his own powers, but what powers where that? How would he activate them? maybe in a fight he would surprise himself and use these powered Rook talked about.

Rook nodded as he looked at the man. " Just because your her master doesn't mean right off the bat she'll obey you. She wont let you die but she may not listen to you for a while. You will have to some how gain favor with her. It took me a while to gain favor with Mora. That KittyKat isn't going to be easy. She is so powerful and reckless. You two are going to have a rough road I'm afraid. Rather you like it or not you are going to have to start studding and training. If Zain find outs there are Master's alive he will seek to Kill us and take our Summoners. He already has his eyes on KittyKat there. She is one strange and mysterious summoner. Summoner's can't normally muster the power to come to Earth witch is why the people don't see Summoner's roaming earth freely. Only a few have that power. She also isn't really classed like most. I've never seen a summoner able to mask their real power level before. I've only heard in lor of great summoners like her. It means you'll be a great summoner and could even take on Zain. However we have to keep you alive long enough for that battle." He said as he looked around. " I'm not use to being on earth. This place is forging to me. " He said as he looked to Mora.

" Mora is a puppet Master class there are only ten of them. They have the power to control over Summoner's. However Mora is one of five that are on our side or against Zain. Mora is the eldest of the Puppet Master Class. However sadly she isn't the most powerful. The most powerful is her nephew The puppet master himself. Mora hold a special ability she is the only one I know with it. What you saw earlier was Mora's song. It's her most powerful attack. She can heal any wound or any damage of any kind with it. However it takes a lot out of her. Here take this." He said pulling out a metal bracelet holding it out for the man. " This will be your new best friend. Wear it at all times. It will allow you to see what class a monster or summoner is and their power level. It will also help you see their moves. If your as powerful as I believe you are you wont need this bracelet long. These are what Master's use until they develop their own powers. " He said as he turned hearing movement.


Kat slowly started to wake feeling weird. She slowly sat up as she felt like she was coming out of a haze. She reached up holding her head as she saw the strange pavement she was on. She looked up as she saw the strange men staring at her. She stared at the one with red hair as suddenly it felt like lighting hit her as her memory suddenly came flooding back. " She stared at him as she tried to move back but found she was against a wall already. Kat reached out to use her KittyKat Claws but found she couldn't use them against him. She stood there in front of him in horror and anger as she looked to her hands. " What short of sorcery is this? " She demanded as she lunged at him suddenly drawing back her hand as she suddenly reached to punch him. She landed a punch squared to the man's jaw as her eyes glowed with rage. " NO!!!!! I will not have a weak master!!!! My master is powerful, amazing, a man any could look up to! Not a weak human like you!" She screamed as she suddenly hit the ground feeling pain in her jaw as if she had punched herself making her grunt in pain.

"Well yes that's understandable. I didn't expect it to be a piece of cake really. I knew it would be tough and I'm always up for a challenge. Makes the reward worth the trouble." Garrett answered quietly. A rough road was something he was used to considering his childhood and upbringing so he didn't think he'd have too much of a hard time doing this but he knew it wasn't going to be easy either. "Studying and training?" he repeated and wondered what exactly he'd study. "Is there a book I need to study or a place I go for training? Although if there aren't any masters out there, I guess there really isn't a place to go to is there?" he asked, feeling stupid for even asking so many questions. He was new to this though so maybe it was okay to ask questions.

"You'll get used to this place in no time you'll see." Garrett promised with a smile. Listening to Rook explain more about different summoners, he was honestly interested. There was so much to learn about all this and he wasn't sure he had so much time. Zain was probably on his way here and who knew when he'd arrive. Garrett looked at the bracelet and put it on while listening to Rook. "I see, very interesting. Are you currently wearing one? Or have you already developed your powers?" he asked curiously. Rook never had a chance to answer and Garrett was caught off guard by KittyKat's sudden attack to his jaw.

This wasn't going to fly with Garrett, he didn't care that she was a girl. If he was hit, he hit back and twice as hard, and that's exactly what he did. Garrett glared at her and punched her right in the jaw again, wincing in pain. "Put your hands on me one more time feline and I'll hit you again. I don't care that you are a girl! If you hit me you better be prepared to get hit back!" he yelled at her. She had seemed so relaxed when he had carried her and now she was throwing punches? Rook was right, she was going to be tough to tame.

Kat's eyes' glowed red with anger as she leaped in the air and did a round house on him nailing him as she let out a battle cry more of rage than anything. She leaped in the air to finish him when suddenly a strange summoner appeared blocking her it's sword drawn. Before she knew it she was sent flying through the air. She yelped in pain as electricity surrounded her body. She slammed into the ground leaving a impact trail from hitting so hard. She twitched unable to move the electricity still effecting her nervous system the pain almost unbearable as she laid there fighting to breath.


Lor stood in front of Garrett having used his sword on the female summoner and using the power of Electricity to paralyze her. He stood there as he put his sword away in one quick motion. He turned as he looked at Rook and bowed to him respectfully. He walked over to his Master as he crossed his arms across his chest looking at KittyKat with interest. " This one is only a child. She has much to learn. However striking one's master is never allowed. It's a disgrace and dishonor something I wont allow. I wont have my master endanger because of untrained child." He said in a wise yet harsh voice. He turned looking at Garrett.

" I'm sorry for jumping in however her skill is enough to cause great harm to you and others here. " He said looking back to Kat. " She is a puzzle this one. I sense great power in her she may even greater power than me. However she has no discipline and no formal training. Yes she has skills that can kill but with no knowledge she is a accident waiting to happen. She has such power in her yet she doesn't use it or doesn't know how to just like you." He said looking at Garrett. " A summoner should never attack it's master. I applaud you for standing up for yourself. However in this case she over stepped her bounds. Her actions are reckless and can put millions here in danger for something petty. If you weren't her master the bond wouldn't have formed. To be so skilled but so young and for lack of kinder words stupid She had to be hidden in the mountains of wisdom. For her to know she has a master I'd say she knows or knew a master or two from there. They are the only one's that could have trained her to fight and teach her what little she knows. She hasn't had formal training or teaching for summoners. It would mean she was alone and cut off from the rest of our world. " Lor said looking as if he was in deep thought.

Lor looked to Garrett as he held out his hands a black and gold whip appeared in the middle a golden light around it. " Here young Master take this it will help you with that one. It has been enchanted with the power of lighting. It wont hurt her to bad it may stun her but it will stop her from fighting you constantly or at lest make her think twice. I can not stand for a Summoner daring to attack it's own master. If I have to I will hurt her until she learns her lesson. If she had been trained by a summoner or even her own parents she would have known better. There are few rules that Summoner's hold more valued than respecting our Masters. If you are going to train her then she spars with me. I will teach her. She wont learn unless it's the hard way. Mora would be to kind master. If this one wants to fight then let her fight with me." He said in a cold voice looking at KittyKat.

Rook froze as he looked at Lor in horror. He tried to never use Lor because Lor was a special Summoner and was nothing to play with. His power was honestly deadly and very impressive. Lor was also his best friend and he didn't want to use him as a weapon in battled. He was surprised to see Lor appear honestly without him being in serious danger. Lor was quiet for the most time and kept to himself. For Lor to take interest in the Master and Summoner meant that the pair where something important. Lor found most unworthy to fight and a wast of his time. Not that he was being rude or anything. He honestly was just that powerful and felt that a true battle should be one of Honor. Lor had never spoken to anyone other than Rook so this surprised him more. He was even more surprised that Lor was willing to help Garrett and even willing to give him one of his prized treasures.

" I was going to tell her that Summoner's can't use their powers on their masters. However she did figure out rather quickly she could use physical attacks. " He said as he looked to Lor. " If your sure you want us to train them then I'm up for it. However we can't leave this area for to long. One of Zain's monsters came through here. It will only be a matter of time before another comes. He will want to know what killed his beloved pet. We owe it to these people to protect them. They are innocent in all of this. You are the best teacher I know beside Master Zelous. " He said as he looked to Garrett. " We have two weeks tops before another monster appears here. We should leave immanently for the mountains to start training. This is going to be a rough two weeks for you both." He said as he sighed shaking his head looking at KittyKat. " I believe I dodged a bullet with that one. Mora was right binding her forcibly would have been the only way. I will have to thank Mora when she wakes." He said softly.

Garrett coughed after being hit by KittyKat and groaned in pain. She hurt him good, he would admit that but she was going to get hurt even more if she kept hurting him. He was surprised when she was tossed across the way and then looked up at a summoner who stood in front of him. Garrett managed to sit up and winced, looking over at KittyCat, he wondered if she'd be okay with all of this. She obviously wasn't used to having any sort of master. She had said she didn't want a weak master, well Garrett was far from weak, life on the streets toughed him out. "No need to be sorry, thanks for helping out. She really is going to be tough to handle but I love a good challenge." Garrett started. "Oh don't worry, I'm not afraid to throw any punches at her, she wants to fight me fine, but she better not expect me to let her push me around." he said seriously. This summoner was right though, Garrett was new to all this but he was willing to learn. He just hoped his newfound summoner was willing to learn as well. Garrett listened to this summoner carefully, what he said was true, he spoke with so much wisdom in his words it was very interesting listening to what he had to say.

Garrett looked at the whip he was offered and listened to the instructions. "I see...thank-you very much." he said and bowed his head in thanks. He may be a street rat, but he had manners. He took the whip into his hands and glanced at KittyCat, he wasn't going to think twice about using it on her. She had to be disciplined and yet, he had to earn her trust as well. When the summoner mentioned fighting with her, Garrett looked at him in surprise. He knew better than to question the summoner though and nodded. "Understood, you can train with her." he answered. KittyCat was going to be tough to handle, but he'd get through to her eventually.

Garrett nodded. "Well then, we should get going right away." he said and looked over to Mora. "Is she going to be okay?" he asked curiously. She had been out cold for a while now and wondered if she was even breathing at this point. KittyCat was strong but was it possible she had killed the other summoner in accident? He hoped that Mora was fine, what would Rook do if his summoner died?

Rook looked over at Mora as the worry showed in his face. He walked over to her as he picked her up with care. She was in bad shape and needed rest. He pulled out a special necklace with a strange jewel hanging from it. Mora return he said as she suddenly vanished in a blue and white light into the strange jewel. White petals where all that was left where she had laid. He turned his head as he felt Lor's hand on his shoulder. He gave a nod knowing that Lor understood how worried he was. Rook turned as he looked to Garrett knowing that at this point lying may be the better part of valor. " She is tired some rest will do her good. Now as for getting to the mountains I don't have teleporting summoners and since your new you don't either. I can fly however and until we see what powers awake in you I guess I'm going to have to carry you. " He said as he looked to KittyKat.

"She may be another problem. " He said as he thought about his necklace that was Mora's. He looked down at his arm where the bracelet was that held Lor's jewel. " I could carry all three of us but not fast and not as far as we need to go. You need to find a necklace, bracelet, or ring that can hold a jewel in it that you don't mind wearing and keeping on you at all times. What I just did with Mora you can do with KittyKat over there or any other summoner you acquire. We call it Jeweling. It's away to transport your summoner's without have to have them out in the public eye and away to keep them safe if they are weak and need to rest." He said looking at Garrett. " Do you have anything on you that could hold a jewel? I could teach you how to Jewel. If not we need to go find something."

Garrett watched Rook and frowned when he saw Mora vanish. Listening to what Rook said, he had to assume that was true. He listened to Rook and raised an eyebrow. He wasn't too fond of being carried but if that was their only choice then fine, hopefully he could get his powers soon though. Well he had two weeks to get them and learn them properly. "Oh, I have a necklace right here." Garrett said and pulled out a necklace from his pocket and showed it to Rook. "I'm sure this could hold a small round jewel of sorts." he said and wondered if that would be good enough for what he needed it for. Seemed like he was already going to start learning about his role as a master.

Rook looked at the necklace as he smiled and nodded. " It will work just fine. " He said as he walked over to where KittyKat was and looked down at her. " Hold the necklace over her and say your summoner's name then Jewel to appear." He said as he looked at KittyKat. " She is your Summoner so you can pick the name to use for her. For example Kat's Jewel appear!" He said as if he was doing it himself. " Don't think about it when you say it. Just do it. So you wont doubt yourself. Her jewel will appear in the necklace and then you can command her to return. She will vanish into it like my Mora did." He said looking over to him.

Garrett watched Rook and followed the instructions one by one. "Alright then." he said and held the necklace over KittyKat's body and let out a soft breath, "Kitty's jewel appear!" he said watched as a blood red jewel appeared in the necklace making Garrett smile in surprise. So now he had to say 'Kitty Return' right? "Kitty return." he said and watched as the same thing that had happened to Mora happened to Kitty. She vanished in a red light and the jewel in his necklace shone brightly. "Woah..." he said softly as he stared at the jewel. "So then she's in here?" he asked Rook.

Rook smiled as he looked at Garrett. " You did a great job and yes she is in there. It's glowing brightly. " He said as he held up his arm with Lor's bracelet on it as Lor vanished within without him having to say a word. He looked over at Garrett and smiled as he put his arm down. " When your Summoner get's stronger and your bond get's stronger she'll be able to leave as she chooses. But for now you'll have to summon her from it. I hope you aren't afraid of heights." Rook said as he looked up at the sky. He leaped suddenly as rose quickly in the air taking Garrett with him. He kept his mind clear as they vanished into the clouds. He flew forward above the clouds as he saw the mountains heading right for them at full speed. He smiled finding peace as they flew.

" Master's have great powers within him. However most have one power that surfaces first or early. Mine was mental powers. That is how I'm able to fly like this. That is why I don't have to use the bracelet like you and other masters. I can keep us up longer if it's just two of us instead of multiple people. Don't worry I wont drop you I promise."

Garrett quickly put the necklace on while listening to what Rook said and nodded. "Alright, makes sense." he said and chuckled softly. "No man, I'm not afraid of heights." he said and blinked in surprise when they were suddenly in the air. He guessed that was the warning when Rook had asked if he was afraid or not. Rook did this so effortlessly it was impressive. The rule to heights was not to look down and that's exactly what he followed. "So this power of yours was one you learned early on on your life as a master?" Garrett asked. "I hope I can figure out what my powers are. I guess I have two weeks to figure them out huh?" he asked and chuckled. These two weeks were going to be hectic, but with the help of Rook and his summoners, Garrett knew that they would be able to mold KittyKat into an obedient summoner. when Rook said that he wouldn't drop him, Garrett laughed. "Well thank-you, that's very reassuring to know. I take it you never dropped anyone before though have you?" he asked curiously.

"No I haven't not even Zain. " He said as he just looked forward enjoying the peace he found when he flew. " I've had my mental abilities since I was born. It set me apart from the other Masters. Some where afraid that if I developed them I would become something evil or use them for less than noble goals. As the Elder Master's said "Absolute power corrupts." For a child like me to have the mental abilities I did and do they worried. They trained me starting as a small child teaching me how to master my mental powers. They taught me discipline and sheltered me for most of my childhood away from the other Masters and even my own parents. I was raised by the greatest of our Kind along with other children who showed great powers on their own. Zain was one of those children. He and I bonded quickly. However as I grew in confidence with my powers and learned to control them he learned to fear his and hate his instead. "

Rook said as he closed his eyes enjoying the wind as it flowed across him and around him. It brought him even more peace as he slowly open his eyes. " Zain was my best friend and I was promoted at a young age and allowed to travel the world to do missions for the great Master's. My parents where happy when they where finally able to see me again. They where happier still that I had mastered my abilities and had turned out to be as good as I was. It surprised many that I didn't have the notion to fight others. Unlike Zain I refused to use my powers in battle or on others to harm them. I believe that is where Zain's dark path started. Where I chose to be honorable and learned to embrace my powers he chose to fear his powers and to hurt people. At first it was by accident by then when he came back from the mountain he was darker he was different he wasn't my best friend anymore. " Rook said as it made him sad remembering the day Zain had come back.


" Unlike most Master's I don't normally fight with my full power in battle. The only summoner I do is with Lor that is why I don't use him. Lor and I met when I had first been sent to the Great Masters. I had tried to run away because I had almost hurt some of the other children there by accident. I had became lost in the snow storm on the forgotten mountains and had collapsed. A powerful Summoner had thought I wanted to challenge it and was attacking him. However I didn't fight it. I just huddled up in a ball and kept begging it to leave me alone. It wouldn't stop and I lost control of my powers. I hurt it very bad witch made me hate myself even more. It was then when Mora, Lor, and the other members of the high council for Summoner's had appeared. They had been passing through when they had heard the fight and heard my voice in their minds screaming to Stop. Lor had been impressed the most and Mora had been touched along with most of the council because I had not wanted to fight and wouldn't fight back. " Rook said smiling softly thinking of that day.

" The council took care of the other Summoner and Lor excused himself from their company and took me back to the Grand Masters. He had given me the bracelet on my arm and told me that when I was scared or lonely to just ask for him and whisper his name and he would come to me. I hadn't noticed that when he gave me the bracket strange markings had appeared on my arm or that they had glowed. The grand Masters all where speechless as Lor explained to them that I was to be trained and why I had ran. I didn't know at the time that Lor had chosen me to be his Master. Higher Summoner's can chose their Masters. The council I spoke of are made of high level Summoner's normally the most powerful and oldest of Summoners. They rule over the Summoner's in a way. It's very rare for them to choose a human. I believe Lor wants to train with your Summoner because he feels she is a equal to him or would be a member of the council. That's why he wants you and I to battle.

Zain is the only other human beside us that has one of the Council members. I believe that is why Lor is and will be tough on KittyKat. It caused a massive upset in the Council when one of the members Masters ended up evil and started slaughtering other Masters and forcing Summoners to bond or die. Council members are to be examples for other Summoner's and so are their Masters. I'm sorry this all got thrown on you as it did. But we are going to do our best. KittyKat wont be your only Summoner. I'm sure others will join you. You have great power and normally that means you'll have more bonds and higher level Summoners. "
